Tried to cancel by phone made me go and then wouldn’t refund my membership. When it just got charged. Plus there were no mangers there to talk to. The screw you over and do not care about customer service.

Nastiest planet fitness ive ever seen. N I've been to about 30 different locations. Shower curtains look like it has mold on it. I let management know and they just nodded their heads. Smh
