Stopped in to inquire about a membership. I was just disappointed as nobody was really wanted to help me. The girl at the desk simply pull out a piece of paper in front of me with the pricing. Didn’t offer to show me around or know the locations of the surrounding locations if I was to get the black membership.

The tanning beds lights are always burnt out and the beds are filthy.. they closed my account recently cause I gave them feed back on there app then they had the nerve to charged my account today Shady AF!! Also Men's bathroom is horrific Totally should hire more people to clean and not waste money on burnt up Rodman !

Thanks to Maddie (with the hat. There are two Maddies) the process of signing up was quick and easy. She took the time to explain everything and was very professional. I just really came in to check the place out. I like how clean it is and also the friendly atmosphere of the staff, especially Maddie who made me feel comfortable with everything. The equipment is plentiful and looks new. I also like the classes they offer.

Was there just now and my car wouldn’t start needed a jump start. Went inside and an employee by the name of Steven helped me out and gave me the jump start I needed. This was at 1:46 am not only that but the hospitality in and outside of the gym was very nice. Give this man a raise 💯💯💯 …

The Manager at this particular location. I do not know his name, he has a beard and an awful attitude.I renewed my membership a month ago, and never showed up, concerned about COVID. Finally I went in today and I told them I never got a key holder or anything with my membership in. The woman at the front desk, Lashondra Penn. told me I needed to download the app, to which I replied, that I would do that later, if she could check my identity with my driver’s license. Once again she told me that I needed the app, and once again. I asked her if for this time, she could check my ID, and I would do it later, (As soon as I was in, I was planning on doing it), once again she said no, and called the Manager. He took his time to come to the front, and when I explained to him, what happened, he told me, that if I didn’t want to download the app, I didn’t need to be there, to which I replied, that what about if I didn’t want or had the space for another app, he replied the same way, that I need not had to be there.Then I requested for him to cancel my membership. There was another men there, I think one of this guys was their security, and his partner told him that I had taken his picture. The only picture I took, said that members were required to show picture ID upon entering the building, and they refused just that.
