I've never had a poor experience with any of the staff here. Andrew or Kevin p welcomes me with a smile every single nigh. I have a great variety of machines to work on and plenty of space to do aerobics, when I tan the staff is happy to turn on a clean bed, I enjoy a hot shower in a clean bathroom, dress in a clean locker room and karl wishes me well on my way out. I love stop at nigth for a good workout, and enjoy being able to do that in such a well kept, welcoming environment. Thanks for being such a great part of my nights routine, Planet Fitness. You and your crew are very appreciated!

I have been a Black Card member for a number of years, overall the gym is big and beautiful. It's a good environment to work out and enjoy the facilities. The one thing that is lacking is overall cleanliness of the the entire facility. , especially in the restrooms. I would hope the GM is paying a company to clean the restrooms but if he or she is then they are wasting the clubs money. I mostly come in on the weekends in the morning and it is not uncommon to see an unclean restroom on Saturday and the same dirt or unclean spots on Sunday. Why can't the staff wipe down the rest rooms during the day? It's part of the job for keeping a 24 hour club clean. I think part of it is there is no management on the weekends. Or least it seems like there isn't. Anyway my point is please clean up the restrooms.

I have been a black card member of this gym for several years and the manager Dino, and his awesome staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Stephanie always greets me by name and with a smile. The entire staff works diligently to ensure that both the restrooms and all the equipment are sanitized and spotless. I consider this gym my "home away from home" and I recommend working out here to everyone!

Beautiful gym staff was very friendly an made me feel welcome right off the bat. Plenty of machines yet not overcrowded. Very pleased with cleanliness especially with Flu going around I felt at ease in this gym..Took time to speak with Manager whom was very polite an took time to chat and left me feeling very impressed. This Planet Fitness truely takes PRIDE in Cleanliness an making its members feel welcome an at ease. I would highly recommend this Planet Fitness to everyone !!!

This branch is awesome!!!The place is enormous with lots of well maintained equipment and kept clean. Never crowded.The staff is all very friendly and helpful. This is the best Planet Fitness branch I have seen.The Black Card Spa is great!!

Love Planet Fitness! The staff is friendly and helpful. Wide variety of equipment and the center is always clean. I especially like the timed circuits. LOVE the Hydro Bed!The only issue I have is with the 'non-circuit' exercisers using the circuit equipment - wish staff would enforce circuit timing so we don't have to work around those who are not circuit training but using the circuit equipment at their leisure.

Something for everyone! For me, i know what i need to do and just want to come in when best for me and do the work out. I usually come in at 2-3 a.m. And i like the fact that I can. It is safe and staffed at that time. It is very clean with new and well maintained equipment. Plenty of machines and free weights. A great place to work out! Never a hassle! Staff is always friendly and available, if you need them. I have the $11.99 per month membership and get the same exceptional treatment as a higher level membership! Safe parking too and well lit. I could not be happier. I rate it "AAA+"---HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
