Staff does not know what or how much to charge people, equipment is broken and dangerous in the exercise and spa area. The bathrooms are always flooded and disgusting, toilets clogged and overflowing with feces puddling on the floor is common. The locker room has been closed off for construction so no one can change without standing in the disgusting bathroom.

It's gotten worse. Listened in on a home owners meeting and the way they spoke to one home owner who has complained about a problem she's been having got me sick.

The girl at the front desk this morning 10/22/23 at 7:45 am has the biggest attitude problem. I understand you are young and you don’t want to be here but as you are getting paid to deal with customers, you should learn to be nice and not have a problem when we ask a question about something.. you shouldn’t even be working if you can’t deal with customers.

One of my favorite locations. The facilities are clean, the free weights are always racked after use so you're not searching around for the right dumbbell. Staff is friendly, especially Nadine, she always makes sure to go out of her way to say hello and see if I need anything!

This place is getting worse and worse, I have been a member for 10 years every day it is dirtier and many of the machines are damaged, please clean the floor, the bathrooms, the water drinkers, this place is disgusting, what is happening with the administration of this place the coconut creek gym is getting worse and worse
