Friendly family kinda vibe there. Everyone is very welcoming. You really get the "your home, welcome" environment. Not intimidating at all. People give your space if you need it and include you if you wish.The boot camps are perfect. You work out the entire body in a full week. Trainers are sensitive to your needs and work with you accordingly. The members are super friendly and are very inclusive.Perfect for all levels of fitness.

This gym is the bomb.com! If your looking for a small community gym this is it, don’t have to worry about waiting for equipment, 2 cute frenchies, super friendly staff- super clean and nice looking gym ♥️ And does a week for free

Everything you need, includes great atmosphere without the crowd and noise. Mike and Michael are an amazing team! Equipment is in great condition. place is clean and organized. Highly recommended!

Love this place!! I was in town for a long weekend & Mike was very accommodating in helping me get a 24 hour access weekend pass. I ended up staying longer than expected & he welcomed me in even after my pass expired. Really welcoming environment, great equipment, & awesome owners. 10 outta 10 recommend!

I love this gym! The facility is always clean and they have everything you need. The trainers and owners are knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. Having 24 hr access is a huge plus as well.

I go daily to boot camp. Big Mike and Little Mike are second to none! I’m new here and they have made me feel welcomed and have encouraged my husband and myself to come and enjoy their facility. Very Clean, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Do not pass this place up. As Little Mike says “Just show up”! Thanks guys!Mary Keeley 😃

This place is nice! Very clean and a welcoming atmosphere. I was with LA fitness for 2 years. Until I found One Fitness! I don’t have to deal with the BS of most other places. I would highly recommend this gym.I don’t EVER write reviews (not even on Amazon) lol.But I just felt moved to share with others how great I think this place is!Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars.
