Not only made it through 30 mins plyo legs, abs, chest & cardio all week but 2 sessions of my 1st experience of not just spin but spin with weights ...only because this environment is thee happy place! Strollers, cheerios being thrown from them... Sarastic humor, thee best workout beats, consistant form corrections & feeling comfortable in not looking perfect .
