One fitness has changed my life. I started in June of 2018 —15 pounds overweight and afraid of injury after two knee surgeries and hip surgery. This is a long overdue review for 1Fitness, and I would give it 10 Stars if I could. I attended Jared's bootcamp classes for one week while I was visiting my family. I loved it so much I was even considering moving to the area just take take the classes. The bootcamp classes were fun and challenging with a great motivating group. I saw results right away! I will definitely be back here thanks 1Fitness

Wonderful facility, super clean and well kept. Very positive environment with friendly staff. They work with you to insure that you are getting the most out of the trainings and making sure you meet your personal goals. When you walk in you are not just another person you are family.

This gym is 1ne of a kind, the trainers, the people are just so amazing! This place has changed my life in more ways then 1! I guarantee if you try it out you won't regret it! Jared and Decue are so kind and they truly care for their clients!

Great gym with a family atmosphere and amazing trainers. Jared really knows what he is doing. He has helped me to be able to work out effectively even with a neck injury. Trust me, that is hard to find. Highly recommended!
