I wanted to take my training to the next level and I finally found the gym and trainers that could deliver what I was looking for. Jared helped me with training and nutrition that got me to my goal. Its an amazing local gym, with a positive atmosphere and I would highly recommend to everyone. No mater what your goal is, they have trainers that can get you there. Check them out, you won't regret it.

This gym is straight up awesome! The ownership/staff are great people, and the atmosphere is welcoming and yet setup for those really interested in getting/staying fit. As a former owner of a gym, I give this place an A+. I'm proud to be a new member.

A true hidden gem in Stuart/Jensen. Great facility with a big turf space. Not usual very busy, which is why I was hesitant to write this review. But all the regulars, staff, and owners have become good friends. The atmosphere is laid back and they are willing to work with you if you have some specific training needs. They keep the facility clean and update the equipment yearly.Best Gym on the treasure coast.
