I’ve spent years at one fitness and I can honestly say, with Jared as my trainer, I was in the best shape of my life. He pushed me to perform at my best and be the best version of myself. His staff is kind, and inspiring. His facility is clean and well managed. They welcome kids and even have the sweetest pups to cheer you on. I love this gym so much! It’s a small community, kid friendly, family oriented and overall electric environment to be in. There are usually dogs who will accept all the loves and pets.I get an amazing workout in 30 minutes from their boot camps. I’ve been going two times a week since august and my arms have never been more toned. I’m def a ton stronger than before I started at 1fitness.

So I'm new here but so far the experience is great i spent days looking at all the gyms in the area looking at reviews there sites everything I saw this place an it stood out I came in talked to the owner very nice guy I talked to him and looked around and I immediately saw this man cares about every 1 that comes through that door he gives respect and its given in return. I instantly felt welcome. Give one fitness a shot you even get 7 days to come in no pressure at all. Get up get in here see you here.
