The staff is always chatting with each other and not greeting or saying good bye to guest. Weird vibe at the front for sure. They also just stare at you when you’re on a machine near the front.

This Planet Fitness is taken care of nicely - equipment works always - now and then some lunk heads but all in all a great place to work out whether you are doing a 30-minute toning or a couple hour full lift fest - enjoy!

I've experienced nothing but good at this gym. Staff is great, facility is nice and clean, the equipment is plentiful. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking to join a gym, and I do. It truly is a no judgement zone. From the youngest to oldest.

It’s only getting 2 stars because the equipment is new.The majority of the staff unfortunately is either unprofessional or rude.A few of them should be regulated to the night shift to minimize their interactions with members…..this is at every level including management and in some case especially management.We have a few good options for local gyms now, I recommend trying a different one.

During my last experience at the club an older man was following me around, staring at me, not respecting my personal space by getting close to me and making me feel very uncomfortable. Keep in mind I wear very baggy clothes and cover up to discourage this exact kind of behavior. I let the worker on duty know and to his credit he immediately went to confront the man who admitted to following me around and making me feel uncomfortable. However, he was not asked to leave which I felt was odd. I ended up leaving as I did not feel safe continuing to work out. I never returned again and at a later date worked up the courage to go back in and cancel my membership. When the worker that day asked why I was canceling my membership, I told him what happened, he was apologetic, acted surprised, and said he would let his manager know so they could call me. He also said it was not a reason they could select in the system to cancel my membership so I had to provide another reason. I was also told my membership would run through the end of the month, with no refund for the month+ I did not use. I said fine and left. I never heard back from the manager or anyone else. It seems they know the right things to say in the moment, but don't really know how to handle the safety of their club members. As a young woman, I certainly no longer felt safe working out there at night and walking to my car alone.

My husband and I went in and were greeted by very friendly ladies who gave us a tour and answered any questions we had. After seeing all the amenities and experiencing the hydro massage, we both signed up on the app for black cards. Almost 2 weeks later, we both love it . It’s always very clean, the app is super helpful and easy to use, there are plenty of machines to use and the black card area is well worth the money.

This is the BEST gym I have ever been associated with. Loads of equipment, weights, treadmills, stair climbers etc. The staff is a conscientious, hard working and pleasant. All equipment, restrooms and work-out area is kept very clean and it is rare when a machine is not working. Also it seems to me that all who use this gym are friendly and willing to share the equipment and don't forget the very reasonable fees at Planet Fitness. What more could anyone want ?????

These people Nate and Bryan at the front desk does not know how to treat the customers.. they (Planet Fitness) take the money from my account every single month and they said that I could not get into the gym because the could not take the money from me during two months in 2019.. but my money was good enough for them for ten (10) months this year 2020 (Jan - Oct).. and for ten months in 2019.. trying to get from me a supposed late fee.. 👎🏻
