Huge decal on Window says 24/5. But if you close at 10pm on Friday , Saturday, snd Sunday then you are 24/4. I already hate that most PF’s are now 24/5. When I signed up, PF’s were 24/7. I even have a black card and they raised the rates from $20 to $25 after they started closing at 10 on weekends.

Love the new facility! They are kinda weird about masks they’ll let you be the whole time you’re working out but when you walk out they’ll take you aside and tell you have to wear one the whole time. Lol

I stopped going to PF in March after Covid-19 started. I decided to cancel my membership since I wasn't planning on utilizing the gym during the pandemic. I called to cancel and they said I had to come in person to cancel or write a letter and mail it to them via postal carrier. They let me put my membership on hold for three months which I did. Now 6 months later I have moved out of state and had never seen any additional charges until this month. I called and they said that they gave me a "complimentary" 6 month hold due to Covid but I am now being charged again. I tried to cancel, over the phone, again since I have moved but they said I can't do it and need to either come down or write a letter and send it via postal carrier. No email or other format, it must be a written letter, mailed. Does anyone else find that inconvenient?

This is one the largest planet fitness that I have seen. There are lots of places to workout but there are not instructors. Not everyone knows how to use the machines (me being one of them). Lots of cleaning stations to sanitize the equipment after your workout.

Very nice place with great staff. Always a pleasure as well. I feel encouraged not pressured to be fit thanks to planet fitness staff. They always seem to rout me on and I like that.

We absolutely love the new location in Stuart. The Black card room makes having the black card even more valuable. Due to COVID i was very nervous and fearful about returning, but will say it is so clean the fear quickly dissipated.

Recently relocated to a larger facility. However, the gym has an excess amount of aerobic machines. They have deemphasized free weights and what remains has been crammed into a relatively small space. Would it be too much trouble to shift the machines slightly and allocate just a bit more room to the free weights?

Since the move this gym is so much better. More machines better air circulation more types of machines just an overall nicer facility then their previous location. It is a gym tho.. so go work out get stinky and have fun.
