Planet Fitness

Bryan was extremely knowledgeable,helpful, and fun. My gym closes early on Saturday and I had to work a little later than I anticipated, I saw that Planet Fitness was open until 10pm and went there to workout. Bryan told me about the free day pass, which I appreciated, was extremely knowledgeable in directing me to the equipment locations of what I needed based on my workout. This went a long way with me as my current gym membership expires in May, perhaps I won't renew and instead become a Planet Fitness member. Sometimes it's all about the customer service. Planet Fitness has a great employee in this young man.

I like the addition of the large back room where one can do stretches and floor exercises out of the way of other people. The machines are spread out so that there is no crowding, which made me feel safer during my workout. Also, I was impressed by the young lady at the front desk who was extremely courteous and friendly. It was so nice to feel welcomed after a years hiatus.

Big, clean fresh and new. Staff is friendly. I Like a gym where you can just go in do what you came for and leave. The locker rooms are spacious with big showers and everyone is practicing social distancing so you feel safe. Lots of machines I mean tons. Don’t have to worry about not having a space to work out. There’s a nice section where you can do body workouts and more natural movements. Very nice gym and a well thought out floor plan. Also nice huge fan and air circulation!

This gym is could be great..safe 24 hours..staff usually ok...plenty of equipment..staff needs to focus on cleanliness. Men locker room very dirty.the showers are broken

i got a few complaints but i can live with them what is hard to live with is the a/c works terrible it hasent worked good in a very long time and there is not one person in that gym that doent agree. if your not ever going to fix it which it doesnt look like youll ever do atleast quit being cheap and put up some ceiling fans. 2 years later nothing has changed

Gym is ok reason for 2 stars mens bath room runs out of paper daily and is not cleaned enough. Hydro massage lounge 2 has never heated up properly. I have reported it to the front desk on a weekly basis for months.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years. After the December 2018 overhaul of new equipment the gym has gone downhill. The smith machines do not compare to regular Bench and Incline bench. Not to mention Supervisor Collin is a a total douche.

First off, it’s clean and there is a decent assortment of machines. However, I think the AC has issues as this is the hottest gym I have ever been to. Will be checking out the local competitors.In reference to response; I’m sure the manager knows as it’s the number 1 complaint lol! I suggest having your corporate office address it. But thank you for the feedback???Update: AC working better; however there seems to be a lack of etiquette with some folks working out. They leave towels everywhere and the men’s bathroom is not anything I would consider using due to the condition the customers leave it. Not the employees fault. Also, some of the hand sanitizers are covered in brown filth...have been for a month. Check out the sanitizer next to the preacher curl machine. It’s covered in something from your nightmares.

Really nice place to work out. Lots of different machines. There were only a few things that I didn't like. The staff aren't very helpful and when I signed up they didn't give me a tour like they were supposed to. The massage chairs are supposed to be free for black card members but they were off and I couldn't get assistance from the worker. Went to take a shower and the stale smelled like straight up urine. Other than that, it was nice. The customers help out when you need help, so that's a big plus

Pretty stuffy vibe. Lots of people who have never worked out at this location which is fine except that they lack workout etiquette and want monopolize machines.No hydro massage machines.Massage chairs are where everyone walks in.There are three tanning beds.
