I like the hours of Planet Fitness and the cleanliness of the gym. In addition, the staff are always super friendly! I used to belong to LA Fitness in Tradition but it’s so dirty and the equipment is run down. Plus they don’t open until 5am.

I feel fine being there on my own working out as a female. Staff is respectful.Facility is clean. I watched them dust all the tv’s up high while I was there. That shows they are looking everywhere to keep facility clean!It does not take very long if a machine is not available to open up.Most of all I feel I totally got my monies worth this month!

The staff is very friendly upon entering the gym, the gym itself is laid out perfect to where you have enough space to workout and not feel crowded and the equipment is brand new & easy to use. Staff members are constantly cleaning, wiping the equipment down, replacing the paper towels & bottles of sanitize solutions.. to cleaning the floors, the ladies restroom is always clean..etc Folks in the gym are helpful and focused on themselves which makes it seriously a judgment free zone. It’s a Great gym with massage and tanning areas for a great price! 5⭐️

Equipment wasn't that clean .crude on the the arm curl machine....disgusting .plantnet fitness on Us1 both psl and ft pierce seems less crowded and alot cleaner

I mailed my cancellation request to the PSL Darwin location on August 7th. On August 17th I called because they were continuing to bill me. I spoke with a very rude Broc Higgins who begrudgingly closed my account. He said he would have the club manager call me, a call that I never received. I also requested a refund of the dues collected on August 17th which I also never received. Broc Higgins assured that I will never be a PF member again.

Liked the facility, but had to find an alternate place that was covered by Fitness your way by Tivity through health insurance. Would have been great if Port St. Lucie (Darwin) joined the network like other Planet Fitness locations.

Had an issue with them randomly charging me fees in the middle of the pandemic. Contacted them on multiple occasions with no help. At least two months ago at this point, I was told that their manager would contact me "soon" to handle it. Extremely unprofessional. This company obviously only cares about taking your money.

The night shift prefers to spend their time chatting with people up front. Paper towels will run out and wont be filled in parts of the gym. Lunkheads will be yelling and slamming the weights, everything will also be covered in someones grease and sweat so enjoy cleaning up after everyone else. I hope you enjoy blowing an eardrum out because loud music over your headphones wont drown out the yelling.Probably worth it to look at other gyms if you can afford it or look at signing up at a different location if you enjoy decent service and a clean gym.

I like the gym overall--clean, equipment in good shape, but management is not at all responsive to repeated requests to supply enough free weight plates (way too few 45#ers).When the gym is busy there are not enough plates to supply all Smith machines and leg press and it gets annoying having to borrow, wait or make do. Two guys working heavy can tie up all the 45lb plates in the gym.Very frustrating and issue never gets resolved! If you like free weights go elsewhere. They could also use a hack squat machine.

I give it a 5 star rating because the gym is always clean and that includes the bathrooms. Also staff is very nice and they keep the gym well organized.
