The floor to ceiling windows that run the length of the club behind the row of treadmills needs to be mirror tinted. The afternoon sun bakes you as you are working out and the privacy from the publix shopping plaza is terrible.

The gym itself is nice, seems clean enough but my issue is I like to do the 30 minute circuit and every single time I’m at the Darwin Square PF there are people there that either just sit on the equipment on their phones or they stay on one piece of equipment for two or three green lights and it’s frustrating because I like to go in order (like it says to) and when I say something to the employees they just say “I get it” or the one girl just shakes her head yes to me. I drive 20 minutes further sometimes it go to the Midway Rd PF just to avoid this and it’s extremely frustrating.

I feel very comfortable working out at the Darwin Planet Fitness as social distancing is practiced, masks are mandatory as well… I appreciate the “no judgement” motto and gym is very clean. Friendly staff as well…

Wasn't even a member for a month and a half and they withdrew close to $100 from my bank account and refused to replace the money!!... Planet Fitness is no where near worth $50 for 1.5 weeks.... especially during covid, never witnessed a machine being cleaned by an employee... I would rather work out from home where its clean and I'm not having random money pulled from my bank account!

Went in today to sign up. Looked at 2 other gyms closer to me, but was not interested. My daughter, a member in Jupiter, highly recommend this gym in PSL. Didn’t know what to expect as I have never been to a gym in my life.Husband & I walked in , I had a mask, hubby forgot his.. guy at counter , obviously Perturbed, ripped a box open.. I said I would like to join.. his reply was.. I can’t show you around, I’m by myself...go look around yourselves...Ok, thank you & left..Might try again Monday, as my daughter really wants me to go here.🧐Marie

Great staff and clean facility. I'mGlad to return. I have been a member since 2017 at Darwin. Enjoyed the facility and friendly Staff, I also must say that each PF I have visited in, I always have been treated with professional service. I'm looking forward to..."SomeDay" Planet Fitness can Expand the Darwin to Bigger Facility. With the current Covid situation. I'm sure a Investor would Build to Suit you needs at a affordable price. But the Darwin store, being one of the first. Is out grown the area. Overall this gym is good. But add lots more signs for us to see. Wipe machine after EACH USE. Announce over loudspeaker in between songs about please clean down your machine after you choose for the next person it would be well appreciated and we can maintain a bacterial Free gym. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟✔️No

My issue with the gym is that they don’t say anything to the wanna be strong members that come in and slam the weights down and disturb the peace. There’s this one guy who comes in the evening and the morning with a circle of hair in the back of his head who regardless of the time he comes in ALWAYS slams the weights and is an overall disturbance and staff NEVER SAYS ANYTHING TO HIM. As a matter of fact there are specific men that do this and it is NEVER enforced. I’m pretty sure when you sign up for your membership they specifically mention this but like I said it is never enforced. Anywho, the staff is super friendly and for the most part the gym is kept relatively clean.

I have used Planet Fitness gyms for the last 5 years in various locations. This is the PSL Darwin location.I go at various times but mostly M-F 10-12 (80% of the time) and I rarely have to wait for a piece of equipment.Staff is friendly and attentive. The weight machines were recently updated a few months ago. They are trying to hire a fitness instructor but they have had difficulty finding someone qualified.Overall I enjoy this gym and recommend it to all of any age.

My issue wasn't with the gym itself, but with one of your trainers. I say as someone who worked at a gym previously and was involved in the training of personal trainers. I believe you need to change how you train them to speak to patrons of the gym so that they do not come across as condescending or rude. There are certain ways to approach patrons and introduce your training program without implying that the patrons "need" you and that they look like they don't know what they are doing.I had a trainer approach me today after working out with a family member; I was teaching her how to use some of the free weights and we were having a good time trying out different workouts. The trainer approached us and introduced herself, and then it went downhill from there. She immediately said something along the lines of "I noticed it looks like you guys don't know what you're doing, have you worked out before?" It was jarring and condescending to start off your trainer sales pitch in a way that implies we are out of shape or new to the gym. There are many ways to approach a patron, and this is NOT the way. She continued after I told her I have been working out for years, asking "Is this your first time at Planet Fitness?" and when we said we have a membership, she said "Oh what time do you work out here? I've never seen you before," further implying that we don't work out often, or that she doesn't believe we ever work out here.It was very uncomfortable and made us both want to leave immediately, because now all we can think about is how we are being judged and watched by trainers who will approach us at any moment. She didn't offered constructive criticism for the workout we were doing- only questioned if we knew how to work out and if we have been to the gym before. Of course I have no problem with the sales pitch itself, I know it's how they get leads. But the condescending approach is not the way to do it- if I wasn't confident in my body and fitness level, I would have felt extremely self-conscious and bad about myself. That is not the way you want your customers to feel, especially when you are trying to sell them something.
