Definitely a smaller planet fitness but it’s never crowded when I go!

I used to go to a gym up in Saratoga Springs awhile back and recently joined this one. It's very clean, the staff is professional (a few mishaps in the past but they were resolved), the locker rooms are usually in fair condition (at least the mens are). It's never crowded and there's always equipment that's clean and available. The Black Card Spa is very convenient and definitely worth it. Only thing that would be nice is adjusting to better weekend hours (especially since the restaurant nearby have members that sometimes want to work out after work).

No matter how they sell this gym, be aware that this is a gym that caters to women. Max weight in the different machines caps at a place where you won't get swole as a man. They also discourage tank tops, "grunting" and chest hair. So if you're a soyboy or a woman then it works out fine. However for men that want to get big I would suggest you look elsewhere. Finally, a good thing for this gym is how clean it is. Which is why I rate this 2 out of 5 for soy.

not crowded at all and has everything you need to get a good workout

Chubby white gal with ridiculously long eyelashes and a bone out of her nose followed me into the locker room and made it obvious she thought I was there to steal or something and then followed me out to the gym rude rude rude talk about judgement zone for real made the whole experience awkward. I'm from Dallas and it isn't my home gym so they don't see me but that doesn't give them a right to treat me with suspicion 😠

Been a member for a few years. I like the monthly memberships. No annual contract. There is a small annual fee of around $43 after a few months of continued membership.They are cashless so don't go in without a card or checking account information.Membership is good at all PF locations. They use an app so you just scan your code as you walk in.Free personal trainer (a U.S. Army vet in Provo club).Staff is wonderfully helpful.Black Card membership gives access to the spa area...massage chairs and beds, tanning booths, and some other fancy machine that I tried, loved the overall physical feeling after its use, but can't tell ya anything about it. Lol.Standard, non-spa access is only $10/mo.Provo club is so new that it's never crowded.Worth the price and the time

New, clean, lots of equipment and not too crowded, staff is nice and respectful. It's also in a good location. 90% of the people there or more have headphones in but the music they play at the gym is a little annoying because of how loud it is. I have headphones that basically drown out noise anywhere but I can hear the music through them. I think the other people there would appreciate it too if the volume wasn't too high. Other than that I have no problems with this gym and will keep going here, it's super nice and clean all the time.

I love Planet Fitness but can you have staff pay attention to refilling the paper towel stations more often. It’s been happening a lot lately. Also. The women's restroom toilets aren’t cleaned daily. Other than that I love this gym.

The last couple visits, the showers were cold, for a long time before they got warm. They didn't stay warm, the water got cold again. They still have not fixed the problem with the shower staying hot for more than 2 minutes. Then it goes cold again
