They charge too much I get the annual fee but I've been charged 4 times this month plus extra charges this is ridiculous on top of that there machines are always broken and very limited I don't recommend coming here save your money and go to a different gym that won't charge so many fees it seems that after your all paid up they go and charge you more fees claiming they add more fees bc you were late with payment also rude staff that like arguing with you the manager was there but he just put his head down and said nothing

I am new to this gym. They offer a large variety of cardio equipment. They have a decent amount of free weights, but if you are a serious bodybuilder, this is not for you. I got the upgrade membership, so I can tan and use the massage chairs. Prices are extremely reasonable.

I really like it here. The staff is very nice. There’s no problems. Everything is clean as well. However, that being said, I work for a living and pay for everything I do and next to me is a hobo or homeless person, and he gets right in to go to the bathroom I guess I don’t understand why this is I work and pay and he just gets to come use the restroom for free

I liked it here, it was affordable... Had some awkward interactions with some guys that were there to pick up women. However, when I brought it to the attention of staff, they handled it for me.

I tried joining, but they only accept routing and account bank info to join. No other industry requires this. The only two reason they would do this is because they want to steal your money once you want to cancel, and/or because they have such a bad reputation with credit card companies that the credit card companies have decided to drop Planet Fitness as a client. There is absolutely no reason I can’t pay with a credit card unless they have predatory business practices.

Great club and in a mall which is even better as a driver for work we need places to park and workout to stay healthy. This club was great even had ufc on which my local club never does!! Will be back next time I'm in town

I've gone here consistently for almost a year, at every time throughout the day.. And my personal experience is the staff is always so kind & welcoming! I have always had nothing but good experiences with the staff.

False advertising. Everywhere I've looked said $10 a month. They dont tell you about the starting and annual fee, why do I need to download a app? Why do you need my bank info? Just let me use a card like litteraly every other place.

Had fun on the bench press! Clean establishment and you can use the restroom without a lock on the door! What a save and only $10.00 a month at that!:)

Planet Fitness is a phenomenal gym. They have everything you need. From the equipment to the lockers, it's a one-stop shop. The showers are getting more and more jenkey. But that's to be expected. Let's just see if they fix them.
