I'm tired of reading people's negative reviews. The staff is great and willing to help you with anything. The price is great for how many things are included with your workout and it's a great size gym for how many machines and free weights their are in the gym. The bathrooms are always clean and not only is the staff nice but the people that go here as well are nice as well. I would give this gym full stars. I love this gym. I'm a black card member and I plan to keep on going here for a long while.

Cancelled my membership. Kept getting charged the annual fee every month. Terrible customer service. The assistant manager told me I would have to call them to remind them to not charge me because she couldn’t edit it in the system. Hell no! No one calls me to remind me to do my job. Then she said “well I’m doing you this favor” How is it a favor if I beg you to do your job correctly??

I love this gym - great value for the monthly membership fee! An outstanding staff - Bree signed us up and I was impressed with her professionalism, courtesy, and great attitude. Everyone that I have met who works here is fantastic. This gym is clean, very updated quality equipment, and it is so nice that they have enough machines that you usually never have to wait for anything while working out! A few Smith machines, several cable set ups, a billion pieces of cardio equipment, lots of free weight choices, nicely designed areas for stretching, abs, circuit training, ect. As a lifelong gym gal, I am impressed with this facility in every way. My favorite gym ever <3.

Go in the door, get checked in,workout, go out the door. Seems simple enough to me. Not there to socialize primarily. The place, including the locker rooms are always clean, all of the equipment works. Open 24 hours and weekends. Great price! You should go there.

I visited this gym while in town for a wedding. This PF was amazing! I really enjoyed the layout and larger dumbbell area compared to my home PF in Albuquerque. The locker rooms were also very nice, they did not look like a dingy high-school locker room. I thought the music was great. You can actually hear it and it puts you in the mood to workout. Every time I come to Pueblo to visit family, I will go to this gym.

I've been a black card member for almost a year and a half and go 3-5 times each week. The place is quite clean and I don't understand the remarks about the cleanliness at all. There is always cardio equipment available - some times it can be a bit crowded at the free weight section, but not enough to complain about. The music is way too loud for me and I have to wear ear plugs while I work out and can still hear it, but not as bad. I deducted a star for that. Some days it's louder than others and I wish the management would regulate that. The music should not be for the jamming and enjoyment purposes of staff, which is often what I feel is happening. It should be consistent and tempered for the customer. I would deduct two stars for the music volume and really wish they would manage that better. But, all in all I think for my experience with the long time staff, I will give 4 stars.

Decent gym, good staff. Equipment is in good condition and clean. Of course membership price is super cheap, but there aren't any dumbells over 75 and no benches or squat racks (only smith machines). Essentially, you get what you pay for.

Moved here from Denver and was so excited to find they had opened a PF here in Pueblo as years ago there was not yet one. Turns out, the staff is pretty unfriendly. I miss my friendly trainers and desk staff in Denver and guess it was a given that all locations were as friendly and helpful but NO. I love the affordable pricing but the vibe and atmosphere is just buzzkill. I thought about speaking to someone about this but the few times I've had to speak to your staff the young men grunt slightly a "Yea" or they look at me like I have two heads and they don't understand. Or better yet, they scan your card, continuing with their conversation with the other employee all while having no eye contact whatsoever. At this point it's comical and I'm going to go with another gym after I called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone about how to opt out of my membership early. Funny, the one time I speak with a staff member that is friendly and very helpful, it's to find out how to get out of the membership early. I thought that's worth sharing just for the laugh alone. Get it together Pueblo PF or send your staff to Denver to train with some great and awesome employees up at their gyms.

My official review of Planet fitness Pueblo, CO:Aside from an interesting experience where the owner accused me of leaving her club bad reviews today, I would have Given this location 5 stars had it not been for he accusations and way of dealing with my correcting her and assuring her that I had been a guest at her location as well as all 3 Colorado Springs locations from March to May before deciding on her location because of it being very clean and open 24 hrs like my previous club in Ohio. She seemed far too busy to care what I had to say, ss long as you do not need to approach the what seemed to then be an unapproachable owner, you should be good at this location. She said staff actually informed her of my poor review that didn't exist and could not be produced. When confronted, I was simply asked not to be upset. I'd like to clarify, this is not a bad review. I'm simply sharing my experience. Nice clean 24 hr. Planet Fitness. Staff could refrain from talking behind members backs, or at least back their allegations. Enjoy your experience.Thank you. -Derek Carson :)
