I've been a customer at planet fitness for 3-4 years.. worked out at every one from New York to Texas to Ohio to colorado (springs and denver). This one is selective about what policies they enforce and who they enforce them on. For the sake of keeping this review short I'm sending an extended email to corporate about the issues. But not every "guest" is treated the same.*Update*I moved to Ohio to find out that I had to call this plant fitness to cancel my membership. They charged me for months I was never even there. When I called to cancel the woman rattled off a fast email address that I had to use to cancel the membership, then hung up on me.

It's a good fitness location (specifically cardio and exercise machines) but it caters to that clientele. The same for all PF locations. If you're looking to beast it up they don't have the proper equipment.

I've been to planet fitness several times now and the bathrooms are always a problem. Never seem to have hot water, they are filthy, poor water pressure, and the staff just doesn't seem to care even when you mention these problems to them.

I won't go there because I hate they give ultimatum....either you let then dip into your bank account to pay or no membership. They would fare better if one could just pay as you go. Not all fitness folks are created equal. Some can go daily, some only once weekly. Some old some young.. They just don't get it.. It is not about you, but them.I see it as a money making machine with no regard for different lifestyles.I'll stick to my resistance bands and walks through town..

I went into the gym to apply for a membership I wanted to pay on a monthly basis. The girl showed me the 65 and older membership application I told her I'm nowhere near 65 years of age she continued to eat her lunch at the desk while greeting customers. It's not professional to continue eating your lunch while doing your job and greeting customers at a front desk as a receptionist it's very rude she should have taken a lunch break for 30 minutes as is customary in most professional businesses. Just because somebody has gray hair doesn't mean that they are a senior citizen that was very disrespectful. I am going to go to another fitness center where professionalism is key and I am not forced to fill out an application where my banking information is disclosed to everybody in the place ;that's not safe that's too much pii and I could suffer from fraud. Identity theft.I did not leave my application with them I took it with me and I would suggest strongly to other people that you don't give anyone your personal identifiable information you could suffer from Identity theft and they seem to think it's okay to leave an application lying around so anyone could see it better to stay at home and maybe buy equipment from a reputable dealer, thank you.

Nice and clean gym. Staff is friendly. Usually pretty crowded later in the day. They could use some free weights. Other than that its great for what you pay.

Planet Fitness stole money from me and many others by refusing to let you cancel your membership. There is class action lawsuits against them. Please do not give this company your hard earned money because they will never stop taking it unless you report them to your bank or cancel your bank account. Crooks for sure! You won’t get away with this for much longer Planet Fitness! Planet Fitness employees- you won’t be employed for much longer!

I have been to this place at least 4 or 5 times now, and I still see the same problems. For one the staff members are not really doing their jobs. All they are doing is just standing there and talking to each other and not paying much attention to the customers. Another thing is that in the women's locker room, there is no hot water in 3 out of 4 showers. I would complain to the staff members about the issue, however I know someone who tried and the staff did not do anything about it. I also know a male that goes to the same gym and uses the men's locker room. He has said multiple times that the floors are disgusting and he feels uncomfortable being in there. I would love for the manager to do something about this. This is starting to get ridiculous.

I've been to the Pueblo planet fitness three times now. The problem was the men's showers. The floor is Filthy! The showers have poor water pressure. 1 out of 4 shower stalls had hot water. The handicap shower doesn't work because the wand drips cold. The staff members (2) were wasting time flipping pens off the front desk trying to land them in the pen holder. The "owner" replies to reviews, I hope he goes to management and doesn't ask members to confront staff about maintenance and sanitation issues. I'll edit this if it improves.
