Just got a membership and the staff was really professional and friendly and easy to talk to. Everything is new to me and they helped greatly! There's plenty of equipment to target the workout you're striving to achieve. Looking forward to coming again

This is not as nice as they make it out to be. The equipment is decent. A lot of very judgemental people around which made things awkward. The cost seems fair, but, when it comes down to it, you need to pay more to get what you were probably expecting. Find a gym you feel comfortable at and make sure it's a "judgemental free zone."

Very clean, I felt comfortable hopping on equipment without wiping it down first because I saw everybody wiping them down when they got off them.

So far it was a good experience I was expecting to have someone to physically give me a massage but they have to massage chair in one weird massage chair and sunbathe pertaining a nice showers and the staff is very funny

Long way to go in customer service....if a massage is open quick to send u back if u have to wait forget u are there and don't tell u when ready.....very sad I signed a year contract. U know it easy for this lip service anawer below but your customers fit the gym in to their lives and asking them to spend precious time to complain about a blatant problem that is visible when u walk through the door. Everyday there are 4 of them behind the counter doing nothing....mangement can see it as well as I can. Your lip service answer made me lower the rating to 1 star you obviously care about nothing but the bottom line. Will not renew my membership 😒 and it continues why with so many staff they can help you i will never kmow

Hard to beat for the price. Would prefer to more free weights instead of Smith machines. Can be difficult to get to all the equipment you need when busy, but the price, location, and cleanliness make up for it.

Great place for anyone wanting to keep a more fit lifestyle, as well as those who are just starting out. Pretty low key, " check your ego at the door" fitness center. If you're looking to lose a few pounds and become healthier in a more relaxed, social environment..PF is the place!
