It really has been a judge-free zone. And the folks who work there are always friendly and available to assist with anything. Had my one hour session with Nick to go over my medical history and my goals. He was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The place is always clean and the equipment is easy to use. Glad I decided to join. It's my first time ever joining any gym and it's been a game changer for me so far.

The gym is nice and all but when you see them cleaning the machines with a bucket of cleaner and the same rags for all of them 😭. Also can't tell who works there because there is no standard uniform for them. Plan cloths work right. …

This is my favorite gym.The staff is always friendly. Everytime I walk in I am always greeted. This helps since I work in a stressful environment.Shout-out to Jade, Jordan, Morgan and Katelyn "you're awesome."

Night staff (except for curly headed lady) makes me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I go to the gym at night because of social anxiety so it's not comforting to walk in and already feel judged. My business is going elsewhere. That sucks because as far as equipment goes, I was pleased!

Neat place & most of the staff are great, but Kaitlyn is a problem. My boyfriend won't go bad, because he said that he goes because he wants to work out NOT hook up & she was hanging all over & flirting. And I'm thinking about quitting, because she gets close and always smells like pot. I'm really not into that & think that a workplace (let alone a gym) should not tolerate it.

This is my daily gym and I can't say enough good things about it. The staff are friendly warm and welcoming Blown Away by the quality of the equipment. I live in Colorado Springs but working Pueblo and I have a lot of different gyms I can access but this is by far the best.

Plenty of equipment, rarely ever have to wait or change up my plans. I like that it truly is a "no judgment" environment, everyone is there working on the same goals of bettering themselves and encouraging each other. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

It is what it says it is. The staff is helpful until it comes to canceling your membership. I went in three times separate to cancel with intentions of rejoining at a later date, every time they assured me I would not be billed again. I, eventually, had to call my bank to put a stop payment request in because (for the fourth month in a row) they withdrew the fees from my banking account. When that happened I decided I would not be returning.

I would give this place a -5 if I could. I started with a trainer who left a few weeks after I signed. Was not comfortable with the other guy. He was not friendly at all. Couldn't remember what I needed and had to keep reminding him. I called to ask about cancellation and told when I could without being charged anything and lied to about that. They pulled a year membership from my account immediately after the call. And now I am told this is non-refundable no matter what. When I called again to ask why she was confused looking at the account and kept saying a different month and when it should have charged. I feel I was lied to and robbed. The employees stand behind the counter most of the time laughing. Says non-judgmental but I for one think they are making fun of some people.

Very thankful for this gym! I work with the trainers five days a week. Nick and Zach are awesome! Couldnt gotten where i am without them Both men know their stuff and add a personal touch;the rest of the staff is great also. I have never had any issues here and appreciate that they know my name when i walk in
