John was kind enough to train me on -line during the pandemic. It saved me from going crazy during my quarantine and gave me something to look forward to. THANKS again!

I've gotten to know John over the past couple years and what a pleasure it has been. His new spot in Somerville is a great place to work out. John is inspiring to say the least. Keeps me accountable and on track - but does it in a way that keeps me motivated. Absolutely awesome experience.

John is awesome to work with. He helps customize a workout routine just for you and will help you stick to a diet to ensure you’re hitting all your fitness goals. John genuinely cares about the success of his clients and makes the workouts fun. If you’re looking to lose some of that weight you put on during quarantine I would highly recommend reaching out to John!!

I've been training with John Lavoie Training for just over a year. When I started, I had no experience with strength training with barbells but my goal was to get stronger. John started me at the beginning teaching me how to dead lift, bench and squat step by step. At first the bar alone seemed heavy, but John is knowledgeable, patient, and a great teacher. I've come a long way in a year with John's customized program and I'm lifting weights I never thought possible. I hope other women -- no matter what their age or current ability - come and try strength training. I love it!
