Always packed to the point that there's always a wait for some equipment you want to use, it always smells just a little funky & always just kinda dirty. It is missing a few essentials, such as the bench press and the squat rack. The environment is very anti improvement. It feels like they condemn you pushing yourself to your limit as you can't grunt or even bring a big water bottle to stay hydrated. This particular gym is more lax on these rules, but the overall experience leaves you not wanting to go to the gym (which can stop you from being consistent, or even getting a good workout when you do end up going).

This gym is good for its spacious cardio machine area, plenty of parking, and ease of navigating the gym. At times it’s difficult getting a spot at the smith machines as those machines tend to be the most popular.Overall, the gym is fine for your basic needs. It stays decently clean and they have spray/paper towels available for cleaning.I’ve also never had problems with the staff. They’ve always been friendly behind the front desk and when walking around.

Excellent affordable gym for all walks of life. Super easy check in, tons of machines, friendly staff, and very accessible. SO glad they added a new water fountain too!

I don't know whats wrong with the people at the front desk. They are so rude. I simply ask question regarding how do I cancel my membership. The person responded, I can cancel your membership right now. Asked him do I need any paperwork? He said no and I said ok. I just wanted to know the process of canceling membership because I have read reviews where people were having hard time canceling their membership, getting overcharged, etc. And as I was leaving, I am at the door, the front desk person shouts at me saying I can cancel your membership right now. I have been member of this club since 2013. I have been thinking of canceling my membership for various reasons but today this guy embarrassed me infornt of everyone, yelling from his desk. Very disappointed

Omg had to edit the review sadly for another bad experience…went to cancel my membership there were no question asked on why or if anything was wrong that they could fix it…never saw so bad costumer services…canceled the membership and apparently they will permanently canceled it next month well 1 month later and for my surprise the guy didn’t even let me know he was like your membership was canceled you will receive an email…wow hey $24 in trash hopefully it is used by you…apparently you guys are doing so well that you care less if you lose a membershipVery disappointed!Not what I was expecting…first time there, no one showed me around worse let them know it was my first time there and first time on a gym…their response was well you have to download the PF appt and you will have everything you need there! Omg wow…then he scan the bar code and that was his help well beside showing me from the desk where the restroom was because I asked, was not even comfortable to go check the restroom!Was very disappointed not seeing that they clean the equipment apparently who uses have to clean it themselves… wanted to go to the spa, was standing at the front desk waiting for the staff to be done with their conversation then ask how to use the spa I had to kind of force them to show me correctly (all their answer was you go to this computer and schedule the time you want, like excuse me can you explain and show me please I have never done this before have no clue on nothing and everything) very very disappointed at the staff! I have the Black card I thought I was at least going to have someone to show me how to use the machines ha ha ha if they were not able to show me the place properly worse other things! Will try another location if the same staff my memberships will definitely ends…I guess you get what you pay for basically! Was there for about 15mn only! Staff needs more costumer services training for sure, and to learn that for real there are people that has no clue on what to do at a gym a little help does mot cost ( I saw a couple people walking around clueless while no one cares from the staff part beside they been at the desk talking to each other)

I've sent my feedback before but I will again state this is a very well run gym. I typically go after work and there between 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. I also come on Saturdays and/or Sundays in the morning. The gym is always clean and well maintained. The staff are always kind, courteous, and friendly. Miguel is AMAZING. He makes the class fun while giving us the work out we need. He is always so careful everyone is safe and will step in if he sees someone is in jeopardy of injuring themselves. Give that guy a raise! LOL!I don't have a criticism but merely a suggestion. In the 30 minute circuit area (the yellow machines) people are always sitting on the machine texting or just plain hogging the machine. Also people come in and jump from machine to machine which really affects my momentum in trying to get my workout in. Perhaps a bigger sign to make people aware or perhaps the staff could be more mindful of that and step in. I hate confronting anyone so I don't. Again, I love this location. Keep up the good work!

Hours are great!! Plenty of equipment for a good workout.. I've been to most of the planet fitness in the area and I would say this is the best one.. easy parking and access no stairs.
