I am going to give the place 4 Stars for now.This was my initial tour of the place.It is spacious, clean and relatively quiet which I like.This Quincy location also had lots of parking.

I visited twice and literally no equipments are available. Membership oversold and customer number exceeds the gym’s capacity. Every equipment is occupied and lined up for. I’m canceling and looking for alternatives.

I am not a member of the club but I'm waiting for some paperwork to go through so that I can start going there the manager that I talked to over the phone and in person he was a very nice man and explained everything to me and had one of the employees give me a tour and I like the way it looks and very nice clean and the people are very friendly and very nice

I canceled the plan and they kept charging, I haven't used Planet Fitness for a long time and they didn't want to return the money. They were very arrogant and at no time sought to understand the situation that they are charging something I am not using. They made some excuses, none more justifying why after I canceled they still kept charging, one up to $37.99, embarrassment with the situation of being stolen.

Miguel at Planet Fitness is an amazing fitness instructor. I can't recommend him enough. Miguel inspires us, motivates us and he is the reason my health and well being has improved. Every Planet Fitness needs a Miguel!

Members become family to each other and coaches truly look out for every members interest whether it be to push you harder, help you scale, encourage you, or know what your limits are. Highly recommend for all levels and ages of fitness!!

I highly recommend the fitness classes hosted daily with Miguel. He is a ball of sunshine and the reason I go each day. He has personally been responsible for a loss in weight and an increase in strength. His classes range in levels and start as early as 630a on Mon Wed and Fri and starts at noon on Tues and Thurs. Class schedules are posted on line and on the App. The gym itself is kept clean and follows all the Covid precautions.

I absolutely love Planet Fitness. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly and they have all of the equipment I'm looking for. So happy we found this place!

The club is large and spacious with a ton of equipment. I thought the staff was very helpful and everything was clean. One of the better gyms I've been to in a while.

Tired of hidden fees and unexpected charges on my account. I’ve been to the gym more time to get refunds than to actually workout.- The first month promotional offer was good for 2 days.- They charged me 22.99 twice within 4 days.- Cancelled my subscription end of April to avoid the May Annual fee charges. They still charged me $40 by saying it should have been 25th.
