Best gym in Cucamonga, has a pool and sauna with basketball courts. plenty of facilities and equipment! best of all there is a jack in the box next to it!

Crams a lot of stuff in to a somewhat small location. Some older and broken equipment, pool area and bathrooms aren't as consistently clean as most, but other than that it's a totally decent location.

I just been this location and reception Rei are not allow me in. I have registered in system even I have paper approval that I have guess pass for 1 month, but he resist not allow me in. Even not provide me with one time pass ticket, I do not know how much it. That's horrible experience for me. Never go again, and it is not honor your customer with print valid paper at all, business will not last long.

I hate this place but sometimes it's good for a workout if I have to get in and out because it's close. The equipment is old and much of the time it's broken. The whole facility needs updating. Although i live close to this one, I'll drive to another city to workout. You would think there would be a very nice gym in rancho cucamonga.

I've been here for YEARs. and things keep changing things without any notice. First i was randomly charged higher because they decided to upgrade my plan to a "supersport" plan just because they removed some desks in replacement for a couple more equipments. Now they have the mirror/dance room privately used by "classes" only now. So i cant go in on my own free will and use the mirror room....i used to workout/stretch/or practice my dance routines in the mirror room and now it's off limits. easy 2 stars in my opinion.

This 24 fitness is too small for the amount of people that they have to accommodate. It always feels overcrowded and I'm constantly having to wait for equipment. And yes a lot of the equipment is very old. They have added some new machines but there's still too many old machines.

Last Saturday the lock in my locker was open by somebody and my belongings stash into another locker with a different lock . Maybe was a prank or a bad joke....who knows..... but since I thought that I have been rob, I ask the staff to check the cameras in the lobby to see who left with my belonging....They show the utmost disregard for the matter and said that I should came back Monday morning when the manager is on duty.....!!!! Oh my GOD.....next Monday !!!! The Monday morning Manager is the most amazing creature......an Ape....!!!, without education, manners, and lack of care for any living thing !!! Her name very appropriate : Patti !!!! No only this creature make me call the police, saying that I can"t see the surveillance cameras tapes without the police present, but after I wait for an hour for the police, ...when the police arrive the Ape Manager....told him that the cameras have not been working for months already !!!! ........How I found out that my belongings were in another locker is another story, and the 24 Fitness staff didn't help in any way for that to happen !!!!

I am giving it 3 stars vs 4 because the Men's locker room is not cleaned nor stocked as often as it should be - it seems that it is almost neglected during the day. If 24 hour solved that problem it would be a 4 not a 5 because it can get very busy in the late afternoon and evening. Other than that, the gym is one of the better Sport's in the area.

Well almost a year ago came and went. Now they dropped the "super" and it's just a good ol 24 hour gym. Locker room still not the best and the weights are still old but now it doesn't matter. Cuz if your a super sport member you can go anywhere. This place is just a backup if you need to get in a workout. It could be worse and be a PLANET FITNESS. Then again I go in at 1130pm and the gym is perfect for a good workout.

I've tried cancelling my membership for a while. I've went to the facility multiple times to cancel my membership but the manager is NEVER there and I'm being told the only way to cancel is in person and with a manager. This is a COMPLETE waste of my time. The general manager of the facility is Gabriela L. Why is it mandatory for a manager to cancel a subscription? I've never had any problems cancelling with any other gym memberships that I've had in the past. I've already submitted a complaint through corporate. After I cancel my subscription, this is the last time I ever use or recommend 24 hour fitness to ANYONE!
