24 Hour Fitness

the room is still...locked...whats the point of me having a pass if yall gonna just lock the room i'm tryna have access to. all the other 24s have the room open but this one..i'll keep this a 1 star until yall unlock that room for when people need to use it. idgaf about no zumba

Happy with the trial membership. Professional staff. They will create urgency to sign up by telling you the last day of the special is when your trial runs out but that’s just the normal script. I’ll probably sign up soon.

I just Recently signed up online for a three day pass to potentially join your gym. Tonight March 13 I went to try and use that three day pass at your location 11787 Foothill BlvdRancho Cucamonga CA 91730-3907United States. When I got there I was greeted by Jesse and he asked me if I had ever been here before, I replied “I’m not sure maybe, a lot of these gyms look alike I’m not too positive about that” Jesse then looked at me and told me very rudely that because I have been here before or to any 24 hour fitness on a three day pass within the last year, he could not except my three day pass and not give me a tour of the gym to potentially sign up. I then told Jesse, that he can run or check my email address provided and he can see that I had never been to the gym. He refused. He then went to speak to a manager came back and told me the same thing that they could not let me in on my three day pass because I already experienced 24 hour fitness and decided not to sign up, When in fact I have never before been to a 24HR fitness! I was shocked and I felt like I was discriminated against. I told Jesse that I have never been there before, and because I did not remember you would not let me in on my three day pass and I all wanted was a tour and to maybe sign up as a member. But now, I am extremely upset Jesse made me feel as my business was not wanted and asked me if I was wasting his time, he really made me feel like I was being discriminated against I genuinely wanted to sign up to 24 hour fitness and wanted a tour of That Gym. I am now looking elsewhere, and will now tell my friends and family about how I was treated, with a member of your staff. I will also use my voice to talk about my experience on social media, Facebook, Instagram, and yelp. No potential customer should feel the way I feel tonight.

This 24 Hour Fitness is the worst one I have been to yet. The steam room smells like mold, all of the appliances are rusted, and or non functional. Every time I enter this gym it gets worse. Never have I expected a 24 Hour Fitness to have such low standards as this one does. I live near the 210 but travel the extra distance just to go to the 24 Hour Fitness off of the 60 fwy and Vineyard. Hopefully someone steps up to the plate and cleans this spot up, this area has so much potential.

Ladies, please be careful while using the women's locker room. On Aug 15, 2018 I was using the stall in the back of the restroom when a man walked in the stall next to my stall to pee. Afterwards, he was wandering aimlessly in the common area. As I approached him, I told him he was in the women's locker room. He pretended to be surprised and asked "where's the exit?". All of this seemed a bit weird, so I complained and pointed the guy out to Shelly, the front desk manager. I later called to speak with Patty, the gym manager about this issue. She advised that this has never happened before...Because I didn't feel like they took my complaint seriously; I spoke to Mercedes in Corporate who advised that Kevin, the district manager would call me within 24 -72 hours, he never did. The next day, Shelly told me she spoke to the guy. She said, he said, he "accidentally" walked into the wrong locker room. (yeah okay) Here's a description of the guy...White man with blonde hair, blue eyes. He wore a white cap, salmon colored shorts, gray or white t-shirt, dirty white Nike and white ear buds attached to his listening device. He's face is long & thin. Be aware!

Security is so bad. somebody opened 4 locks within one hour. He stealed wallets. No help any staff at this facility for lost wallets and stuffs. My lock was damage for trying to open. but he didn't open it. I just got luck and bad experience. Staffs were horrible for this accidents. This facility is so dirty. Beware it seems to open slashed locks by using hammers and tools.

This location has lost its edge. It has become unclean, especially the bathrooms-THE SHOWERS-females area. The handicapped shower(elderly) has been inoperable for over a year. The shower units don't meet current city codes. The night staff could care less when we report the inoperable jaccuzzi jets that haven't worked for 2 weeks. I wont renew this year for sure.

Pretty good gym. Can be a bit crowded on rush hour, but that’s to be expected. People are more than willing to let you work in with them on equipment. The basketball court is nice, and it is indoors. There’s a sauna and a steam room as well as a pool and jacuzzi which is really nice. The equipment is a bit older, people don’t organize their dumbbells, but overall I would recommend this gym.
