Just got a membership here. It's a really nice clean place to workout.

A very nice judgemental free place and even during this pandemic you can still work out safely with the social distancing along with the cleaning products to use before and after you exercise on any machine there.

Nice open area, quite and clean places to workout on your own. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Been charging my card for months and wouldn’t cancel unless I found a way to planet fitness. Mind you I don’t have transportation is the reason I canceled my membership in the first place. Very unprofessional and rude.

I called on the day my membership for me and my wife was taking out our checking account and called what the fee was for the young lady who answered it was very rude and very obnoxious and was the Ameri difficult and I was asking what were the charges and what were they for so when I called to complain with the manager the manager he also gave me a hard time and I’m still waiting for my rate my refund for my membership feesI’m also still waiting to hear from corporate for my reimbursement on my membership fees

Love this place but I saw more cleaning before the pandemic...which is important in here since people still can’t seem to be able to manage how to wear a mask,watching a maskless person now,she hasn’t sanatized anything,gross..hurts to hold my tongue...just easy to weed out the idiots now a days..

Great place clean 99% of people clean everything they use but you still get that 1 person who thinks they dont have to and just walks away from it but 99% of people are nice and do what they are supposed to and staff is great

They owe me money. I downgraded from the black card to regular membership and they charged me 2 extra months for the black card membership. I went to the gym and was told I would receive a phone call and refund for the overpayment. Never heard from anyone and never received my refund.

This Planet Fitness location is a disgrace. They refuse to cancel memberships over the phone or online and try to force you to come into the location to do so, even if you have moved. Local ownership have been STEALING money directly from my bank account for over a year, until I was able to reach the right manager at ABC finical that would not let them get away with it anymore. To top it off they have offered no additional cancellation options even during a Global Pandemic. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, BUYER BEWARE!!!

I called to cancel my membership on 3/29/21. I was told on the phone by a male that I had to come in to cancel because I had to sign paperwork. 2 hours later I was in the gym asking the worker named Sky to cancel my membership and I was here to sign the paperwork. She typed some things on the computer and said "ok it's cancelled". I asked where the paperwork was that I needed to sign. She replied "I don't have it. My manager will take care of it when he gets back from lunch. You will have an email within 24 hours confirming the cancelation. You don't need to sign anything" I said ok. Hours later, no email. I called back. Sky answered. She said the manager still was not there, and it will take 24 hours for the email to come out. I said ok. 2 weeks have gone by now, and still no email. I called today. Sky answered again. She said she would have the manager look into it, but he is not here right now (11am on 4/12/21). She said "Your membership is definitely cancelled. I will see if he can resend the cancellation email." Reading other reviews below about this same run around, I wonder if I am just being pushed off like others. I am not sure what the owner is getting from their manager that is never around. Fortunately for me, the card they have on file has been cancelled, so I can't be charged. I will let this review serve as my time stamp for my initial cancellation on 3/29/2021
