Every staff member I’ve ever come across is incredibly friendly, helpful, and judgement free! The facility is beautiful and has every piece of equipment you could possibly need. The gym is constantly being cleaned, but especially during this pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and protected. I’ve been a member of a few gyms, but have never felt such a supportive environment as Retro! This is not only the perfect gym to support your physical health, but a great place to support your mental health as well!

I'm 70 years old and over the years, I have been a staff member and paying member of a number of gyms. Retro Fitness is by far the best equipped and cleanest facility in the area. However, what truly makes it stand out from all other gyms in the area is the highly qualified and friendly staff. For the past two years I have worked with Allie Reppert in an effort to, "keep the old man out." It's been successful. Because of her nutrition counseling, personal training sessions, and overall coaching skills, I am have attained a 17.8% body fat composition. Equally important has been the support of other coaching staff who always provide words of encouragement. Suffice it to say, Retro Fitness has truly made a difference in the quality of my life, and they have helped me, Keep the Old Man Out!"

This is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly and the GM is awesome. The gym is big and spacious, you won’t feel cramped in here. The turf area is big and is also kept very clean. All of the equipment is in amazing shape and the machines are never broken here. They stay on top of everything. Smoothie bar is a great treat after you crush your workout in here too! You need to check this gym out👍

Oh wow, they have smoothies! But you can only cancel your subscription in person and they charge you after you think you've canceled once. What a joke.

I've canceled my membership, and they continue to endlessly change me... they make the cancellation process a nightmare. Retro should be ashamed not letting members cancel at will the their local location... I would give zero stars if it was a option.

Great clean place. Best staff of any business iv entered. Very polite and welcoming, and pretty knowledgeable of everything fitness related. Best place to go, hands down.

Best gym ever! Plenty of equipment and great customer service. This place has a great motivational and family environment.

The manager told my boyfriend and his brother they could get a month membership for $25 and they could both use it since only one of them drives and they live in the same house. I then also got a month membership for $25.Today my boyfriend and I went to the gym and when we went, his membership said “see manger”. The manager immediately starting complaining that the key was saying “see manager” because the membership didn’t belong to him but to his brother. They live in the same house so having two different scanners is unnecessary. My boyfriend had about 5 people about to sign up to workout with him but we are now switching gyms so it’s their lost. This manager comes off as a liar who’s all about money and not for the people. Don’t recommend.

Kelly was very friendly and helpful, She gave us a tour and equipment demonstration. The smoothies are great! If you are in the area and need a gym to drop in this is the place for you!

There's a reason they have an "F" with the Better Business Bureau. Be sure you're ready to commit to a full year at a time because they will not let you out of your contract. There is no chain of command to run the complaint up to, they use a third party biller who has no liability or interest in helping you either. Made a mistake in joining here. Very Retro, having year long iron clad contracts.
