Horible company that will change how much they charge you without warning, and continue to build up charges after you cancel without you knowing till they send to clames. Not worth your money and the staff is horrible.

I loved it! The hydro massage is amazing. They do have plenty of space to workout. More than sufficient equipment and it's affordable.

The gym equipment is really nice, most of it is brand new. Great staff, the only complaint is that the weird remixed music they play sucks and can take you out of the workout

Love how big the space is and that I can always find a space or piece of equipment to use. Went to cancel and they insist on charging you another month. Really? Seems to have unsettled staff. Constant new faces. Most front staff aren’t very friendly.

Dirty and poorly sanitized gym and bathrooms, lack of communication between front desk workers about members and memberships, dishonesty and false advertisement from what they claim to offer on the website that baits you in to join, but is not actually available to you once you sign up. Shady contract and practices that allow them to have no accountability. Do not get tricked.

I've been trying to cancel my account for months and every time I go in they tell me they are going to cancel my account, but every single month I'm still being charged.I've been there more times trying to cancel my membership than I actually worked out there!Edit: I tried calling the number you provided, left my information and still have not heard anything back. The account is under "David Herman" which is my legal name.

apperantly they cant tell you how much a gym membership month to month is over the phone. They kept telling me i have to come in and take a tour. The lady on the phone couldnt even tell me why she cant tell me the price. All i wanted was a price range of how much it costs. Will not be signing up here.

Called to cancel my membership after they increased my monthly rate without notifying me, and was told I had to go in person, even during Covid. The employee was extremely rude on the phone. Got in my car and drove down to cancel, I was shocked to see that they were not following any health guidelines. None of the employees were wearing masks, or cleaning surfaces after people were touching them. I was asked to sign their iPad which was not cleaned prior to having me sign. I was shocked to see their blatant disregard for public health and their lack of care for their members.

Terrible business policies. My kid signed up last year, and then had to move away from Redding due to the pandemic. Didn't cancel the membership, was charged many months of dues. They even charged dues when their business was shut down entirely!! Tried to cancel last month, and they refused to cancel unless done so in person. Incurred more dues and now late charges. They are threatened collections. Seems like a poor business model during a pandemic. Don't expect to be treated fairly as a customer. They'll screw you over every time.
