24 Hour Fitness

Visited here as I’m in the area as a travel nurse looking for a gym. Signed up for a 3 day pass. Went in and for some reason the front desk manager Jesus said the system will only allow for me to work out for 1 day. I was actually going to sign up for a membership because it’s very close to very I’ll be staying and you can use it in different states. What does my address have to do with whether or not I could use the full three day trial made no sense to me and he couldn’t explain it either. I believe this is some kind of tactic to get you to sign right away. The gym is not even that great. Equipment is outdated and it’s overly crowded. 0/10 do not recommend.

Best 24hrs out here! Always kept clean by the bald dude. He is always moving. Re racking weights. picking up trash and cleaning along the way. Staff is always friendly. Weights are where they are supposed to be. Overall great facility. Oh and they will be open 24hrs again beginning March 7th!! Can't wait.

Hello, 24 Hour Fitness,I am contacting you about some of the issues I have been experiencing at the club during my workouts. I have been being hassled almost every visit during my workouts by a particular "caucasian/white male" staff member who does not seem to understand the predicament that I am in with my ongoing health issues. He seems to not like it when I rest with my eyes closed at the club location in Redlands and I have had to express to him the seriousness of me not being able to due to my recurring health issues by showing him all of the medications which I carry around with me everywhere. He has threatened me multiple times by saying that he will call security to kick me out of the club and have me removed from the building because as I was resting I closed my eyes due to me wearing glasses and having prediabetes and having had to strain them continuously during the workout sessions. This particular 24 Hour Fitness club staff member who I do not know the name has accused me of sleeping in the gym and perhaps I have nodded off while resting but I was simply exhausted due to my having prediabetes, bronchitis/asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, compromised immune system and heart, and respiratory issues. I am going to assume this is not the type of reputation a 24 Hour Fitness wishes to have. Most recently he even entered the women's locker room to forcefully remove me and verbally assault me with threats. It has almost gotten to the point where I just stay in the locker room and swimming area the whole time I am there and do only water aerobics because I am worried about having to run into him. Please remember to teach your club members and staff to not judge any one and to treat everyone with respect because they could cause irreparable damage to not only the 24 Hour Fitness image, but also cause medical harm to the club members inadvertently.

Before they went to an actual 24 hours the place was much better. Showers actually had hot water and were clean. But not a week after they went to 24 hours hot water is completely gone and the locker room is utterly filthy. You will pay five times the price over here then you will their competition right across the street. It’s just disgusting in there.

Staff has been friendly equipment is usable and everything is as clean as long as people wipe down the equipment. I don’t expect the staff to be wiping down everything after every guest stop being lazy and clean it yourself duh! Showers have soap and the sauna is hot felt intimidated to start coming to the gym but not anymore 😁 …

Good gym nice staff but has been filthy lately. all the lockers are full of debris dirty underwear, socks, plastic bottles. the staff can only do so much. it's up to the member to be more responsible. People clean up after yourself.

SO GROSS! Only gets 2 stars because it used to be awesome. This place is disgustingly dirty. The same bathrooms have been out of toilet paper for several days, there is now a roll on top of the dispenser but not in it. There is hair all over the showers and hair and dust all over the floors and equipment. Makes sense though- I’ve seen the reception guy do more cleaning than the actual cleaning crew. The cleaning lady has been standing at the front talking to other employees, doing nothing for an hour. Maintenance guy from the Rancho gym walks in and she starts pretending to do something. Can’t fool us- The amount of filth everywhere speaks for itself.

Love this gym, been coming for years!

Very clean. Was nice to be able to swim again.

I can’t stand the big boned female staff with the blonde hair. She’s super rude and not helpful. Y’all need better staff
