Good place, shower vents need cleaning, along with drains, plus need soap. Otherwise good place

So I signed up to get the 3 free dayto try out this gym boy oh boy thank Goodness they do this because I won't go back ... there so dirty here there no other way to say it they need more people cleaning like from the equipment to the bathrooms to the steam room smelled like dirty mop they are lacking first time here and I'm so disappointed

As a long-time member of the gym, I had always been able to practice my religious beliefs by making my scheduled daily prayers on time in the kids' room. However, since Brodie retired and Omar took over, I have faced a lot of issues. Despite confirming with the front desk staff, Omar(the new store manager) does not seem to have any regard for accommodating my religious beliefs.I was suggested to pray in the bike room or the multi-purpose room, which were not suitable options for me as I needed a sanitary area and privacy. I had to go through 2-3 days of debating this topic with Omar, who ultimately did not offer any solution or accommodation. This is unacceptable, especially for a gym that claims to “welcome all members.”It is saddening that I feel discriminated against as a Muslim, and I have no choice but to find another gym where I can practice my religious beliefs without any hindrance. It is disappointing that Redlands 24 Hour Fitness, a gym that I have been a member of since it was built in early 2015, could not provide the necessary accommodations that I needed. I hope they can take steps to address this issue and make sure that no other members face the same kind of discrimination in the future.P.S I am only going about this publicly because when I asked Omar if I can receive the area manager’s phone number or email so I can communicate to him my issue I was told that all issues will just be forwarded to him(Omar) and not corporate so there is no one above him that can give a second opinion.

Gym is great, but I have to rate it 1 star. If I could I would rate it negative stars. This Gym is filthy as can be. I never see staff wipe any machines down. All the dust is on the floor and in between machines. Members also do not wipe down machines. It is always packed no matter what time of day. Members will stand next you to finish your set because gym is just too crowded. Please don't join this gym, they don't care about sanitation. When I signed up they told tried to force me to get a personal trainer. The manager was persistent and would not take no for an answer. Who has $700+ a month for a dam trainer, what a joke. For 700 a month I can get a new car and start making payments. I thought this gym would be great, but unfortunately the sanitation is a big downfall for the gym.

I cannot stress this issue enough, the filth in this gym is horrendous. It never fails me every time I go, anytime of the day. I am not being dramatic here but see for yourself. There is literal mold growing in the shower stalls..Gross!! Seems as if there is no sanitation or inspection done at this gym.

Redlands 24 hours seemsTo not Keep up with their cleaning.. restrooms are dirty & paper towels for the equipment seem to always be empty.

I am all about customer service. I believe there are many things we can do to keep our clients happy. Jesus did not bother calling around or check with his teammates to see what 24 hour fitness location offers punching bags. Be bold Jesus, I encourage you to go above and beyond.

I’m not going to lie, 24 Hour Fitness is very convenient! I loved my workout as it was my first time there today. Although, I do have to point out that a lot of the equipment was out of order. The bathrooms are a little dirty and some of the equipment had trash in it as well. I think overall the gym is pretty okay as it does offer a variety of things, such as pool, steam rooms, different equipment, classes, etc. Its safe to say I felt good here and it was convenient for me, so I’m staying here
