It is not open for 24hrs. They have taken money from people telling us that they would be back to 24hrs in the future. While many businesses have returned to full services they have not returned to full hours.

I love this place, machines are clean, people are super helpful. I just wish the sauna and steam room wouldn’t shut down till the morning (4 or 5am) just so ppl who get off work late like me can enjoy it, but that’s really my only complaint, other than that I like 24

I have been there since day 1 and could not think of a better place to be. I get there early every day and I have met a lot of great people and became friends with many of them. I am considered a senior, as I am older than the 10 freeway, and the staff is always there to help out. They remember my name when I check in and always wish me a good day. Very professional and I appreciate the entire staff.

This place charged my card double for 3 months and refuses to give me my money back even though my signed agreement only authorized for $31.99 monthly they charged $33.06 on top of that! Claiming that my card was used to pay for some one else’s membership. How does that happen!? When I asked for a refund the manager and general manager suggested I ask the person whoms membership I paid for. WHAT THE HELL?! I am so happy I canceled my membership this place is a scam! Thankfully my bank was able to sort it out.

Good place overall to workout. I would suggest that the men's bathroom be cleaned more frequently such as toilets, urinals, and floors mopped by urinals especially. The countertops to the sinks usually have excess water on them from people washing their hands, so they could definitely be wiped down and kept dry.As someone who plays basketball on a regular basis, I have yet to see the gym floor waxed and buffed. I don't see anyone even using a dry mop to remove dust from the gym floor and the floor is slippery as a result. Please consider more care and attention to these areas in the gym.

Went in to get a tour and the whole time the manager was just pointing out women in a sexual disgusting way trying to get me to purchase a membership because of the women that attend the gym
