I love this gym so much! The trainers are amazing and always so helpful with any questions you might have. I couldn’t even pick a favorite because they’re all so amazing to work with. Coach Tim really knows his stuff and puts together a really great workout plan. I saw a ton of results coming here!

I started at Allegiate a few months ago, and I love it! The staff, atmosphere, training programs and schedules are top notch. The coaches are knowledgable and friendly. The workouts are well planned and varied. Thank you for staying open and giving us a place to workout this past year!

I love everything Allegiate! What sets this gym apart from others is their training program. I like that it incorporates mobility along with strength training. My range of movement has improved and I feel stronger. I love that they change up their program every four weeks and the coaches are right there to guide you through form and technique. There are classes every half hour and the class size is small.

Allegiate is great for people with all levels of gym experience. The coaches are very knowledgeable for beginners and also know how to push the experienced members in every workout! 100% would recommend becoming a member here :)The workouts have gotten me in great shape post quarantine! And I feel that safety and health of members is a top priority during Covid.

I checked out several gyms in the South Bay before finding Allegiate and I am sooo thankful that I did! It's run by incredible coaches who are knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and simply amazing! They continually monitor your progress, correct your form, and encourage and push you towards your goal. The coaches and the gym itself is just a no frills gym that is state of the art serious business of training! Whether I am working on strength, mobility, or conditioning--I get personalized cutting edge coaching and program and attention that would normally cost a fortune (don't get any ideas Cody about raising my rate!). I LOVE Allegiate and especially during the pandemic when physical and mental health has been challenging, finding this gym has been a life saver and the best investment!

My experience at Allegiate has been wonderful, I've been a member now for about four months. The staff and coaches are all courteous, professional and thoughtful. From the first day I stepped through the front door I have always felt welcomed. The strength training program is amazing, I never feel like I'm racing through my workout, all the coaches push form over weight/reps.. I've see immediate results because of this and I feel great.

Allegiate is easily the best gym I've ever joined. Before joining, I had constant low back pain. I spent all of 2020 figuring out what the issue was and working through PT. Once I felt ready to head back to the gym, a friend of mine told me about Allegiate's program.I've now completed 50 classes at Allegiate with no back pain. The space is great, the staff is energetic and knowledgeable, and the classes are setup to maintain the consistency we are all looking for from a gym.

I love this place! I’m not very experienced with lifting weights, and never really did any significant weight training in my life. I played ball in school and was a member of some interval training gyms in the past like Orange Theory, and those spots are very solid, but I always struggled to gain muscle and was always exhausted after those types of workouts, which made it difficult to want to keep going. At Allegiate, I feel the exact opposite. I only go about 4 times a week and I’ve been able to see consistent improvement in my strength and power week after week. I don’t leave *every* work out exhausted, although some programs are designed to be more brutal (in a good way) and others less so, and after 1-2 months of getting comfortable, I began to look forward to challenging myself in the gym with each workout, which was a desire I had lost years ago. Weight training gyms can be intimidating, especially when you see other people lifting, pulling and pushing the weight of a small European car, and Allegiate may appear to be one of those gyms from the outside looking in (there are some strong mf’ers at Allegiate), but that couldn’t be further from the truth here. The expertly designed workouts, “personal” style coaching and individualized training and care I receive here has quickly made me comfortable and happy. Most important, the coaches care about your progress and safety, by testing your deficiencies and weaknesses with advanced athletic equipment, like the Force Deck, every other week. While the members do come to work, and get in the zone, everyone is supportive of one another due to Allegiate’s “team” mentality. After about 60 classes or so, I’ve yet to have a negative interaction with anyone, staff or otherwise. I feel fortunate to have found such a great gym with world class coaching.

I really like this gym because with commit and dedication you really definitely see the results. The trainers are really amazing! I began in January of this year and I already see the results in my upper body and lower body. I have noticed it in my work performance and it’s help me a lot.

I am so glad I decided to come here. As I did my search for a place to go, and there are many, I was looking for some sort of functional fitness. That was what I googled. Again, many placed came up. I read through the plans, schedules, abouts, staff etc... I chose Allegiate after seeing the idea of where the coaches ( programs) are coming from. My hope was to have a work out that I was able to keep doing and not avoid things by getting hurt. Went for the trial and learned more. They watch form, give alternate ideas if something is bothering you, explain why you are working what you are. I have some days where my body is rejecting life and there is no judging from the coaches or the other members. Even if I whine they seem to tolerate it. They were very quick as well during covid with changes. We were not left without the ability to meet (virtually) with Covid, there were even multiple time slots offered. Right now the class size is small and Covid friendly. And for the same price as before covid. So more personal. Please come!
