I joined Allegiate a year ago and am so glad I did! They truly “get it” for a few reasons. They provide consistent high quality strength and conditioning training, and have helped me improve my mobility and flexibility. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. Their classes are fun and emphasize a positive environment. Members range in age and it’s a great group of people. I’m proud of the place I train at.

Allegiate is the best training program I have ever been a part of.I emphasize program because the team (Tim, Cody and coaches) have a plan that spans months and is intended to continuously build upon itself to enable gains for all members. Without a doubt, anyone who has been part of athletics and strength training will find him/herself at home, and fill a void no other gym or class satisfies. Even better, Allegiate provides that while also creating an experience where fitness newcomers can also get up to speed as well. The other members will also drive you to want to be there and push yourself throughout every class. Coach Tim brings an incredible energy to every workout, no matter how early or late.

Everything about Allegiate is exceptional: the coaching, the facility, community-feel and programming. The coaches and staff are very friendly (I really appreciate that they always greet me and know me by name) and motivating. They also provide a ton of information regarding the strength program and the “why” behind what we are doing. Their attention to detail and way they think about and manage their brand is heads and tails above any other gym out there. Being new to the south bay it has also been a great way to meet new people.

Absolutely the best gym environment I've been in with excellent coaches. I was in town for 5 days for a wedding and stopped in because I wanted to do more than just run for exercise and took 5 classes.Cisco, Andres, Cody and all other coaches were more than welcoming and taught me new movement patterns while providing individual feedback and motivation. Other gym members were extremely friendly not to mention hard working.Whether you're in town briefly or permanently- Allegiate is fantastic. I just wish they had a location in DC.

Allegiate is a unique and amazing gym. I have done strength training on my own for over 20 years and am very particular about where and how I train. I have been going to Allegiate for six months and have learned a ton about healthy strength training. The four week blocks of training are extremely well designed keeping strength, recovery and improvement in mind. The coaches all watch each member to make sure they are on point with technique to avoid injury. Allegiate is a special place, and I am so grateful I discovered it.

This place has been huge for me and I 100% genuinely recommend anyone to join. Why? Because it’s a place where I just need to give my 110% effort and that’s all. I don’t ever have to think about what workouts I have to do and the reason I don’t is because I’m 100% confident in the head coach and co-owner, Tim, with his knowledge and guidance. The guidance and knowledge provided by Tim and the rest of the coaches would make this place great alone. What makes this place truly special and one that I can’t be thankful enough that someone made the recommendation to me join one year ago is the community. I know the term community gets thrown around a lot now and days but everyone, from all different levels of fitness, are all here to get after it and support others when they’re in need. The workouts are definitely not easy and push you to a level that pushes you outside of your comfort zone. What makes every workout awesome and fulfilling is because when I push myself just outside of what I can do and feel I’m about to fall short, someone is always there to help me push past it and do just enough to get me to the finish line. I’m eternally grateful for everyone at Allegiate, especially Tim and Cody, and I am excited for all my continued progress!

As an ex-cardio bunny, I was nervous about starting a strength training program. What's with all this equipment? How do I use it? Can I really lift that?Allegiate and their kind, knowledgeable, AMAZING staff make the program easy and fun. Allegiate does a great job of creating a collaborative environment among their members, focusing on good form and getting stronger. I'm super happy with my progress, from Day 1 when I could barely lift the barbell or do an inverted row to day 210 when I can deadlift over 100lbs (you'll learn to convert from kg to lb) and almost do an unassisted pull-up (my arch nemesis, lol).If you're looking for a better way to work out, it's absolutely worth your time to check Allegiate out. We'll see you there!

Seriously the best gym in the entire South Bay. Not only will you find top of the line trainers with the most qualified experience (ex-NCAA D1 coaches, trainers, and athletes) in the area but the community here makes you feel like family. Each member is there to be doing their best while helpings others and pushing each other beyond our limits. Positive vibes are strong in the air! The trainers are not only knowledge but they walk the talk to their core with the bodies and hearts of greek gods. For me the biggest improvement was not only aesthetics but my physical performance in all areas of life. From setting new PRs on all my lifts to being able to barrel down a wave much faster when I surf, Allegiate will truly change the way you move. Period.

This is truly the best gym I have ever been a part of. It’s hard to even compare to other facilities. They have created something pretty special; from the programming, coaching, community, and support in areas like nutrition and supplementation. I workout less than before and have never felt stronger, healthier and free of any injuries. It’s such a fun environment, and if it seems intimidating, it’s really not. There are a variety of classes for anyone, no matter what stage you are at in your fitness journey.

Whether you’re looking to learn the basics or develop into a high-level athlete, coach Caron and the staff at Allegiate will pull out your best and get you results. If you’re looking for hard training among likeminded individuals, the latest and greatest in programming and performance, and superhuman strength development come check out Allegiate. You will not leave disappointed or without a pump!
