Wonderful yin class with Derek! I personally enjoy being supported through long holds with yoga analogies and life wisdom nuggets. I will certainly make it a point to return to this lovely studio anytime I’m visiting the area.

I have gone to Temple Yoga for years, and I enjoy how welcoming the studio is. Many instructors offer adjustments you can make to the pses to suit your body's needs that day, and those are helpful. I appreciate the availability of online live yoga classes; those classes are very useful particularly when I am running late.

Temple is one of my favorite studios in town. I’ve been attending it for several years. Melissa and the whole staff are amazing. They have multiple classes every day from beginners to experience. There’s a little bit of everything for you to choose from.
