I have been doing yoga for over 15 years and Temple Yoga Reno is my favorite yoga studio of all time - it's my home. Temple Yoga Reno is more than a yoga studio - its a spiritual practice and connects you to yourself in a deep and soulful way that is highly unique and beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend Temple Yoga to anyone who loves a good vinyasa flow, flying and grounding.

This place is full of great people and amazing vibes. The teachers are all very knowledgeable, kind, charismatic, and just a joy to be around. Everytime I leave yoga I leave with a sense of solitude and gratitude that I can’t find anywhere else. They help you find your own path and what works right for you and support you along the way.

Great place to focus on yourself. Love the instructors plus the lunch class is perfect. Great to fit in a session when on your lunch break. The price is perfect too!

The owner had her dog in the room running around and she was practicing. A dog is the most inauspicious of all animals. It barked at me as I roiled out my rug then the dog started rubbing itself on it. So I roiled up and went back to my hotel and washed my rug in the sink.

I have been practicing yoga for about a year now, and visited Temple Yoga while in Reno visiting family. The class was far better than any I have ever been to, and I know that I will be dropping in whenever I come back in to town! The instructor was incredibly kind and inviting, the practice made me feel grounded and powerful, and almost best of all I paid $10 for a two hour class. Highly recommend!

If you want to attend a thoughtful, calming class Please Go to STUDIO EIGHT. The teachers are knowledgeable and kind and completely understanding-- the candlelight classes will have you feeling like you're walking on a cloud by the time you walk to your car. Its wonderful- I adore it- Please support them, they totally deserve it.
