In very few places I have been able to feel right at home, to be happy with my self and to push my self harder @templeyoga_reno I was able to do so. The instructors there (especially Jen: @__cultivatekindness__ ) are just amazing and the owner Melissa: @melissa.templeyoga is real and super attentive. To all my friends in Reno... if you had thought of starting/continuing your practice this is definitely the place! Whenever I visit a new place, I first try to find a yoga studio. I’m so glad I came across Temple. As an outsider visiting a new studio, it all comes down to how they make you feel. I love the classes at Temple Yoga. The instructors there are GREAT, and they have really consistant scheduling. I love the morning classes. Great challeneg, a bit of sweat, and the best way to start your day. This place is all about community. I always feel welcome. Reasonable prices and a ton of classes.

In the beginning of 2020, I was looking to enhance my physical yoga practice so I tried Temple. I soon was blown away by the beauty, uniqueness, and community Temple offers. I loved the atmosphere and flow sequences. Temple brings out the best vibes through it’s classes. It holds the juiciness that yoga originated from. I found a true anchor to help enhance my physical practice and soothe my own soul. Even through the lockdown of Covid did Temple pivot and manage to stay open on Zoom so that the practice of yoga could continue there. I would recommend this studio to anyone!
