Jason New management is Amazing!! He's always around to help if you have any questions. Very impressed by the improvements since the last management, major improvements. Very clean place to workout. Thanks for making a great positive environment.

This place is a decent gym but the management has an issue with keeping the back extension machine in the stretching area. I've been using one of the two back extension machines for years and although the staff supports providing the machine with enough size so a person can do side crunches management has removed the better of the two machines twice. Please bring back the good back extension machine.

Waited 10 minutes to use one of the massage beds as a black card member finally got on and waited 5 minutes for it to start after a minute it stopped working, went to the front desk and the guy was like yeah one of the chairs went down. Sorry about that. Not a care in the world. Why should I pay $20 to be a black card member and then get treated like that. Customer service should be number please at this moment I feel like cancelling both my wife’s and I membership. I would give that service zero stars if I could.

Haven't been to this location in a while just started up again and was pleasantly surprised by how they revamped everything inside. All the equipment looks absolutely new. I like the changes made at the spray down stations. Much classier. I haven't been inside the shower yet to see if they've been fixed up to but I'll let you know as soon as I do. Still going home to shower, LOL. Nicely done guys.

I’ve been coming to this gym for years... I’ve seen times when it’s been slipping or bad due to some of the staff...but I have to say right now it’s looking pretty good to me 😊 the machines are always clean.. the staff is very friendly and I love all the perks to being a black card member (tanning, hydro massage, and red light therapy) awesome!! I’m very happy to workout here!

John, the manager, just cancelled my membership. He told me that I couldn't have my hoodie on the bench that I was using... Funny, because these pics were taken IMMEDIATELY after he told me that he was cancelling my membership, and NONE of these people were confronted.Perhaps he's racist, sexist, or just insecure... Regardless! I would NOT recommend this club, till they find another manager.I had been a member since they opened their doors, and I had been going there almost every day for YEARS! This is NOT how a loyal member should be treated. I had been in a web commercial for this club, and previously introduced several new members to it. I'm not sure what they are thinking!(original review, before John took over the manager's position):Fun environment, great staff, and friendly members! They could use new benches (very unstable), and heavier weights, but you can get a decent workout in. I've met some awesome people, and made plenty friends. It's kinda nice to see other members around town. There's a sense of community!

Great deal on a fitness membership. Can't beat $10 a month. For $20 a month you get extra perks like use of any planet fitness nationwide and massage chairs and the like. The staff is also friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is clean and professional, especially after the renovation they had.

Love the remodel...just wish the cleaning under equipment would happen later in the evening when there are less people. Not a fan of smelling my fellow gym rats because we are on top of each other when there is plenty of space to spread out, if they cleaned in the later evenings, or early mornings..

Went to this gym about a month ago while traveling. I did not have my card. Meli looked for my information in the system and was unable to locate anything. Meli then went the extra mile, she called me home club in No. Carolina, wrote down all the information in order that I would have it for future reference. She was awesome. In addition, the rest of the staff were outstanding as well. Gym was very clean and well organized. If I lived here, I'd go here. Thanks for making my travels enjoyable.

Great gym. Very clean and friendly staff. Lots of workout options, in the sense of machines. Regularly goes through renovations and updates to make sure everything is top of the line and best. The trainer is amazing. Super nice guy and does more than regular PF trainers.
