Love love love planet fitness! Employees are very knowledgeable about all of their machines and all of their things. The place is also decorated and made to be very "cool". They are none judgemental so it s okay let it all hang out. Very clean. I'm paying 10 a month with no strings attached.

Super welcoming and friendly gym. The staff members are helpful and greet you both on your way in and way out. Shout to to my man Kyle working late at night. Speaking of which, if you work nights or are otherwise a night owl like myself, I strongly recommend this gym if it's close to your home or workplace, or simply along your commute. They don't have a ton of power lifting equipment or squat racks, but if you're just starting your fitness journey or just want to focus on the essentials, this is a great place that offers memberships at a great price.

This location is a typical place like many others. This location is ideal, park lots are spacious, and well lit. Floor is clean. Staff is friendly.Cons:1. The TV system is not functioning well. Many treadmill machines are out of sync with audio.2. The Equipments are somewhat not well placed.3. Most importantly, the closing time is not 24/7. Weekend only opens until 9:00 PM due to short of staff. Planet Fitness always advertises as 24/7 => not true in this location.

My favorite Gym experience. Sometimes it gets busy but I've never had to wait for access to a treadmill, and the wait to use most machines has been minimal at most. The staff is courteous and greets me when I arrive and says goodbye when I leave. The place is clean and in good order.

I go here very early in the morning (4:45am) so my review may not align with others. The bathrooms are clean (I have never showered); the staff is friendly; and there is ample equipment, perfect for anyone just looking to stay active. Bonus I never had to wait to use a piece of equipment yet. Another great thing about this gym: $10 per month. Cannot complain about that.The negatives:The weights are not racked or in the right place in the mornings. Not sure how this is possible, the staff cannot be that busy.It lacks free weights. The environment is not very motivating.Dirty equipment (dusty) compared to other gyms I visit.Overall this is a decent gym. It's an option for most people who just want to join a gym; plus at the $10 price point, you get way more than you are paying for.

As a potential new member I am really put off by less than stellar customer service. I am astonished they don't allow a complimentary guest pass and expect you to pay a $20 day fee that can be applied if you chose to join. This is not standard business's policy with any gym I've ever belonged too. You are just shooting yourself in the foot of gaining new members by not allowing a complimentary guest pass. Give your heads a shake! And when I emailed to inquire I just received short and rude toned reply. Going to tour the other gyms in the area.

If I could give then less I would !!!!!I have never been treated so badly. I was called a liar and treated like a criminal even after I paid almost a years worth of back payments for a gym membership that I had thought I cancelled a long time ago.The manager was not only unprofessional but unbelievably condescending. To the point that he walked off in the middle of helping me leaving an associate who didn't even know how to use the system.In the end I left with no membership after I was asked to log on to my bank account screen shot my account and privately email it to Will ( the sorry excuse for a manager) ....... Umm no thanks I've been ripped off enough without sending a screen shot of my bank account to some man at the gym.

Love this place. I go at least 5 times a day and the employees know me by name! They're super chill employees wanting to help their customers when necessary. This gym is the cheapest you'll find. And you can REALLY get your moneys worth. The other customers I have run into that work out here have all been very kind. PF's values and mission lines up with mine. You won't feel out of place at Planet Fitness. Get a membership today! ✌🏽️Peace

Clean GYM, equipment is always nice. Employees are very nice, and always helpful. I've never had a bad experience here.I have the Black Card so I get a free guest and the use of a tanning bed and water massage table!

So I went to cancel my membership because of switching jobs and going to school and making other monthly payments I have no extra money.. I wasn't told about the 60 dollar cancellation fee when I signed up.. so because I can't afford 22 a month a now had to pay 60 to leave.. I didn't mind kinda figured that happen.. what I'm pissed about is the fact I was never charged 60 dollars.. got on my account today to see a monthly fee came out. I called in to see why being I cancelled a month ago.. he admitted it was an employee error and they fee would be waived. I said okay.. he then puts me on hold and come back saying that I must pay the 60 dollars and they keep charging me till I do and when they get the money they'll reverse the monthly fees.. uhm excuse me but you just said you'd wave the fee and now your taking more money for randsom? Really? Never will u got back to this gym. The employees are ridiculous and I always had to wait in line for machines. Hope your customer service skill get better. And to those who sign up good luck.
