I went into the gym in 2019 to cancel my membership and I realized they've been charging me ever since including the yearly membership fee and won't refund me because they say I need my paperwork. Watch your account.

Staff doesn’t enforce the mask mandate policy here at the gym. Some people just don’t wear the mask at all or some just hang their mask underneath their chin.Working out here makes me feel concerned about the public safety and the community in this neighborhood

Every time I think it’s safe to come back to this Particular planet fitness, I come on a day when member after member is without masks or pulling them down while working out.If you are concerned about safety during these trying times, this is not the Gym you want to go to.But if you are ok with maskless people who only seem to care about themselves, this is the gym for you.Follow up. DEC 11 2021– 11 people currently working out without even bothering to pretend to wear masks. And the guy behind the desk is camped. Maybe hire more people if you can’t enforce the rules.But hey. Why worry or correct bad behavior.

Staff would not let me in 20 minutes before closing time because they “needed time to clean up.” There were tons of other people still working out, and I only came to use one machine for 10 minutes. How is it ok to not let me in during business hours when I’m paying for a membership!?

The employees will walk up to you asking for you to put your mask all the way, no biggie, but the least they could do is have their mask actually pulled up when they speak to you. They don’t. They are also not vaccinated. After producing my card they ask for the employees refused to do the same. It’s not safe there

I mean it gets the job done and I like it a good deal of the time but seriously you guys ruined it with this kids work out free. They act so rude in the gym and it makes me not want to come. Im staying at LA fit until the teens leave or you guys start cracking down on them. Its unbearable.

The first two months of my membership here was amazing, we didn't get a single warning or complaint from any of the employees, but ever since this assistant manager, Alex, was hired, he's been constantly giving my friends and family complaints and warnings, from what we were wearing to threats. The first warning was what we were wearing, we were tanktops that day and they weren't stringed tanktops, but we couldn't wear them, the second time was a friend of mine wearing a onesie, and its understandable he talked to us about this but when we asked him a question he threatened to cancel our membership.And the next day someone else was working out in a onsies and he didn't say anything to them, note that not only were they wearing onsies but they were also disrupting the gym, such as slamming weights and messing around with the equipments and he ignored them. And another time a group of guys came in with stringed tanktops, they walked right pass him and he didn't say anything.I don't want to make any assumptions, but I believe he's discriminating us and has ruined our outlook of planet fitness, so we've canceled our membership. It's honestly sad to leave such an amazing place with amazing employees, but we're tired of being pushed around by this guy, I hope you consider this message and do something about your assistant manager, I cant stand this unprofessionalism and discrimination.

Been signed here for a year. I love the gym, had to stop my membership though but even that was so easy and fast, plus they will do a three month freeze on the payment if you are having financial issues. I definitely recommend

I went in person to cancel my membership and was told my membership was canceled months prior, yet I was still being charged. They couldn’t do anything for me that day without a manager present so I was told if I’m charged again to call and request to speak with a manager. I was charged again, so the past 4+ weeks (every week) I’ve called into planet fitness requesting to speak with a manager to assist (as instructed) and every time I’m met with a very friendly staff members who tells me the manager is unavailable and that “they will call you back”. Another week goes by with no call backs so I call again to see if they’re available. I’m very forgiving of mistakes, but I can admit that this is getting ridiculous.I’m unimpressed by the lack of customer support by management at this location and hope this issue is resolved soon.
