Manager working at 2:30pm Dec 22 2022 lied to me and stole my card information under false pretenses. I do not recommend this location, if this is the type of personal that work at PF I'll be looking for a new gym. Id recommend y'all do the same

Extremely clean facility. Everyone I see when I go are wiping the machines down when they are done using them. Lots of different machines to choose from ranging from cardio, upper body and lower body. I chose to do the basic membership as all I'm looking for is to get back into shape but it's a great deal for what you get. Highly recommend!

I was misgendered by a staff member in the restroom , and when he recognized I was a male he started laughing in my face like it was funny . I just left because I was told I cannot have open toed shoes which was fine but I was told in an extremely disrespectful manner. Called to speak to a supervisor and they answered the phone saying there will be a 24 hour wait for a supervisor only to get a call back in 3 minutes by the same guy this gym just made me 8 times more suicidal 😊

The owner was not very cooperative to my needs it took me having to go up to the facility to get things done. I will be cancelling my membership within my three month acct freeze.

Love the friendly staff and the facility, but there are way too many people during dinner time (after work) it can get pretty crowded and smell variety of BO during this time so avoid this time if you can.post(?) covid update: still busy as ever. now i only visit after 9pm. sometimes the cleaning station runs out of paper but thankful that there's a gym near by my house.

My first impression of this place is great: the gym was clean well vented and the staff went beyond expectations to please their client. Thanks guys and keep it up.

Love the layout and such of this location. Staff is super friendly, spa amenities are great, but there's one thing that bothers me.For some reason at this location, members are HORRIBLE about wiping down the equipment they use. I end up having to wipe things down twice as much so that I'm not picking up several layers of old men's ball sweat on my clothing.Seriously there's a few men here that go in around the same time as I do, just goinf from machine to machine without wiping anything down, leaving a snailtrail of ballsweat like they're marking territory. I now come earlier to try to get there before a few of the routine offenders, but it's still so annoying to see. I know staff can't really do much to enforce this, but it's so gross.

I canceled my membership but had access until October 16th. They automatically removed me from the app so I no longer had access to my account, so I brought my cancelation form with me and the manager in charge gave me so much attitude and did not help problem solve their issue, even though I had already paid for the month. A shift lead had a much better attitude and actually helped me get access in, over this manager.. great gym, just really overall terrible customer service (manager, not the other workers). Please get better training as a manager:)

Clean facility, helpful and friendly staff, not too crowded. I'm a fairly new member, so I still have some exploring to do as far as trying out the benefits and perks offered to Black Card holders.But for the price, I appreciate being able to avail of services like tanning and hydromassage for not just me—but for any friend or colleague accompanying me as a +1.

Everything is great but the shower curtains are cheaply made and don’t even cover the entire length of the shower, limiting your privacy. Is it too much to ask for proper covering?
