Waste of time! Their sales team is sneaky and doesn’t tell you everything the contract. I started off my membership with them three years ago for 34.99 then it went up to 49.99 a month! I canceled because they had told me when I started my membership they would honor my price but because the manager that had promised to drop down my price to its original monthly wasn’t working anymore they wouldn’t honor it. Then i decided them to give the gym another chance and the jake had told me they would honor my monthly and write it manually on my contract yet when everything was paid for and signed they tell me they won’t do it! The general manager Brody said that even though his employee promised me something he wouldn’t honor any of what his employee had told me. all I did was waste my time, I was lied to and showed no empathy by Brody the general manager over his employees false information.

LA fitness gives you more space and free weights. Your just paying more for the convenience of 24 hours. Looks better but feels cramped as if they don't want you there. Staff seems disconnected from guest experience. I have better customer service at LA fitness then I have had at 24. Sad

While in the sauna this evening. A person came in saying towels are out on the 21. I counted 13 people who did not know this. You should have large signs outside stating towels will stop on dec 21. By the way...you should take 2 dollars off our monthly payment. It's a shame we pay for towel service and now we are not getting them. Be fare and give all your members a discount.

This place is not clean, the showers in the women's locker all have sum and water ring from never being cleaned. For being in a top notch area, the ppl who use this gym are absolute slobs. Gross every time I come here the experience gets worse and worse.

Good equipment but usually crowded this is a good gym with swimming pool steam room and dry sauna

This is a super sport not a sport. Don't drive here. Also 24 customer service sucks. All the 24 hour reps lie about passes and fees. I go to multiple locations and they all say different things

Love this Facility wish 24 would build one in Menifee area. The gyms out here don't compare.

The instructors are exciting and motivated to help everyone reach their fitness goals in a fun inviting atmosphere.

A two story gym with lots of amenities. Things like towel service, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, basketball and raquetball courts. Can get crowded after work.

Gym itself is nice. They tend to have a high employee turnaround. So don't expect to have the same trainer for long.
