Please don't purchase an over priced membership here, this place used to be the best but, recently they closed the section of the gym that has the studio for dance and aerobics claiming there was a mess left by the free weights. This dance studio was the only reason I drove 15 miles. And now this service is no longer available?! Seriously If a gym has to close any section of itself then this is due to poor management and lack of quality help/ service. If you pay over 350. a year and an extra 15/month amount for a friend or family tag along, per visit, this will not be an economical choice. I repeat, go elsewhere for a better deal. 24hr Eastvale, I tried to leave a formal complaint and the management seems unconcerned. It is too late for me to rescind on my contract with you but it's not too late to warn others of your fraudulence.

I love that it has a pool, weights, basketball, and raquetball. Workers are always way nice. I only give it a 4 because their hot tub has been out for like 3 months now. Other than that its a great place to get a good workout and for a very affordable price. The gym has enough stuff that its rarely too packed with people.

Been a member since 2013 and I’ve never had any issues but this gym changed dramatically as a whole. They don’t even have working water fountains and just resort to drinking out of the faucet in their bathroom. When asked why they just tell me “it’s because of covid” even though this just started happening about two months ago. The biggest issue are the hours. I work several shifts including swings and graves and 24 had the perk of being open 24 hours which accommodates a lot of people that work off hours. Now they cut hours “due to covid” but it’s very clear they are just cutting back on staff to save on labor costs. The jacuzzi still doesn’t even work and they don’t even bother opening one of the saunas. This doesn’t even cover some of the things that I don’t use that seem to be closed all the time like the dance studio. Place doesn’t even care about marking the weight amount on their machines half the time as well. This place used to be crowded but to be honest ever since their standards and operating guidelines plummeted I’m not surprised not many people come here anymore. Personally I say invest in a home gym. I honestly wish I could say something good about how this place operates but after my membership is up ill have to say goodbye after 8 years.

This 24 Hour Gym Location has the most friendliest staff and they are very attentive!! And their basketball court is one of the most cleanest and nicest of all courts around!!

Cancelled my membership back in april and they continue to charge me! I cant even get in contact with a human via phone!!! I cant stand 24 hour fitness .. most unprofessional overrated gym ever! Dont even get startred with them .. go elsewhere, trust me, dont waste your time or money !!

Wish I knew how much weight I was lifting during my workout. Are some new stickers too much to ask for? For a company as big as 24 hour I am surprised they overlook small details like this.

If I could, I would give a 0.5 star review.I attempted 3 times to cancel my membership. The first time I was told that I was obligated to pay for the full 12-month agreement, so I just kept paying. The second time I called to cancel because I didn't have enough income anymore, and I had to move away from the area, so I didn't have money to pay an extra $42 a month, and they still denied my cancellation and offered a discount, which I figured was better than nothing, and I asked the Customer Service agent to confirm that once the 12 months finished up that I would not be charged. They told me I would NOT be charged because the 12-month agreement would have finished out. The third time I contacted them was yesterday, March 9th, because I saw a pending charge on my debit card for $41.99 so I called them up and they tell me that I can cancel but I will not(and never) receive the full refund because "Our system wont allow it." I will never EVER go to this gym again, and will make sure to tell everyone I know to never patron a 24hr fitness ever again. I know its only $5 that I am not getting back, but thats literally my lunch money, they are the bully taking my lunch money.

Day 1, the staff was helpful checking in with Costco membership, but the person walked me through the gym was lazy and very unprofessional. Did not explain where things are and cut the first day gym talk in less than 3 mins and started talking about extra cost of classes I should sign up for.Since I have the 2 year membership and the gym is close to home, I will just do my workouts but never interact with the gym staff. Should be trained better at a professional level.

I like coming to this gym, always nice and clean. There are several machines. It always can be a bit crowded downstairs because the machines are close to each other. There are always weights available. The only thing that is a bummer is the fact that the room upstairs is always closed. I visit other 24hr fitness gyms and all there Zumba/class rooms are always open but for whatever reason the room where the do all the that upstairs is always locked and closed? I don’t know why. I liked going in there to do warms up but can’t do that here which kind of sucks. Another downside is they got rid of towels. But other than that this gym is enjoyable.
