24 Hour Fitness

Poor management! It took more than two weeks to refill the cleaning station. It’s been more than two months that they haven’t ordered any plastic bags for the merchandise sold there.

Very disappointed the towel service was eliminated. Was one of the few things that separated them from the competitors. I have an LA fitness closer to home, I suggest trying that one before considering 24 hour.

Poor customer service. They have cut so many of the services provided like towel service and certain rooms but the cost has remained the same. Gym not recomended.

Large gym with a lot of equipment but towel service was removed. For being one of the most expensive gyms around and not lowering price by any means this seems like a corporate attempt to pinch pennies.

Overall this is a nice gym. Ive been a member of 24hr fitness for over 20 years. This gym recently cancelled the towel service which is why I am giving it 3 stars. Just another bait and switch. Smh.

Eliptical machines are NOT maintained. Grips are falling apart and some of the electronics in five of the machines are broken! Very Dirty bathrooms! Sales manager only cares about his numbers(ONTARIO LOCATION)! He's Rude too! You can tell he does NOT work out. Eastvale employees are super friendly!

This gym is now a ghetto gym. The manager or general manager should be replaced. They did away with towels to be cheap not green. If we bring a towel in or they provide one they still have to be cleaned, think about it. People are now working out and leaving their sweat on the equipment. Does the manager care, nope. The employees break their own policies, so how do you expect them to enforce them. When they start losing customers maybe they will start caring about the paying customers.

This has been my experience with this location after going for over a year.PROS:-Good location, close to freeway and shopping-Classes are good and they are included in the price of the membership-They have a basketball court that is usually available-Parking is plentiful (and free)-They have a sauna and steam roomCONS-They recently got rid of the towel service without notice and prices stayed the same!-It can get busy here at times-Some of the equipment is not getting repaired/maintenance so they often times do not work properly.-There has been several car break in the parking lot.

I love this gym. The classes are amazing the staff is kind. However, the constant short staffing at kids club is ridiculous. At least once a week I get put on a wait list because they don’t have enough staff. Today I came in at 830 and was told there won’t be another employee to help until 9! For the amount of money we pay every month this is unacceptable. If it weren’t for the kids club staffing issues I would give the gym 5 stars. The staff that is there is great and treat my son like family.

Great 2 story gym. Has sauna and steam room, racketball court and a basketball full court. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would have gave it 5 stars but they took AWAY TOWEL SERVICE! WASN'T told that this was gonna happen, so BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL FROM NOW ON HERE!
