I only come for the basketball but now they close the court at 11, I’ll be canceling my membership unless there is a change in line

Overcrowded at hours which isn’t too much of a problem. The staff are however childish and rude. Instead of saying something direct they’d rather act like passive aggressive cowards. They lack common social decency, insecure, and a touch of jealousy. Anyways, I hope you guys learn how to get your act together. It’s strange watching adults act like high school children.

Only give it a 2 star because it wasnt packed but very dirty, staff is friendly but no one is cleaning and all the cleaning supplies at every station are out. Some stations dont even have spray bottles. Womens locker rooms stink restrooms weren’t stocked. A lot of the machinery is old and broken. Some seem unsafe to be in use. Whats the point of paying for everything if some of the rooms are closed and we have no access to them even if they arent in use. This location sucks!

This gym is always out of important supplies such as paper towels, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray to use on equipment before and after use, toilet paper and toilet seat covers. The bathroom is always disgusting also with malfuntioning faucets and toilets. It’s embarassing and it’s disgusting. This business generates a huge amount of revenue. They overcharge monthly on top of not ever having the proper supplies. They should always have extra in stock on site so this doesn’t happen. They really need to do better, it’s ridiculous.

Disappointing Maintenance and CleanlinessI had a disappointing first day at the 24 Hour Fitness. The equipment wasn't clean and the floors were stained with black marks and chewed-up gum. The gym needs to prioritize cleanliness and hire staff who are motivated to keep it that way. Hopefully, they take action to improve the maintenance and cleanliness soon before some catches covid or something else.

If you're not going to honor the free 3-day pass on your website, it's best not to offer it at all!Like seriously, I tried to use the free 3 day pass their website offered me online because I was considering signing up for a membership, but figured it would be wise to try it out for a 3 free day pass before I make a full commitment, but when I show up to this location, they turned me away because it's either a holiday or it's because it's late hours. Yet the website and the email mentions none of these things. I even called them the next day to confirm that the free 3 day pass had restrictions and the person on the other told me that it didn't. So I tried again and they spun another story. Now it's because the pass "expired." So they assumed that I was going to use the pass the day I printed it or requested it? Come on, now. The language in the email was so vague and not specific at all. They just wanted me to sign up, which I would have done if I had tried it out for a day to see if I liked it and if they were honest decent people.I understand that they are not running a charity ward here. I get that they are a business first and foremost and that they need to make a profit. I understand that they depend on memberships and have quotas to meet if they want to stay afloat. But the least they can do is honor the things that they offer and be honest about them rather than try to swindle people and trick them. That is not what capitalism is about. So again, 24 Hour Fitness, if you're not going to offer a free 3-day pass on your website when people try to use it and if you are not honest about its conditions and restrictions in clear writing, then don't offer it at all. Be honest with your consumers. Thank you.
