Well I went today to sign up for a membership , i was there 2 weeks ago asking questions before signing up. The first guy that helped me, never mentioned a yearly annual fee of $99.If they can't be honest with one little thing, then I wonder what else they lie about. :(

Really old equipment, everything is loose, someone can get hurt. Paper towels all over the floor, while 4 people in the front desk just talking to each other. I would not recommend this location

24 Hour Fitness on Limonite in Eastvale, is the bomb. It is clean, with a friendly, helpful staff. There's a good flow going on with their equipment. And their classes are awesome, led by very knowledgeable instructors. Their classes go from a high level of fitness to those of us just beginning. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in.

The upkeep is extremely poor. Severly ripped curtain in the showers-barely any privacy,Equipment constantly down and ither amenities aswell. Sauna down, jacuzzi running with barely 2 functioning jets. Been like that for atleast 4 months. The better location by far is in Ontario. By a landslide!

To summarize my overall experience, Raymond provided excellence in customer service. Not realizing that he was the mgr till I followed him to his office and read that he was! I needed help on downloading app, checking in, updating my info and he introduced personal training..he made me a repeat member to this club just by being attentive to my concerns, etc.

Unprofessional manager and salesman with cheating based ethics.The salesman locked me into a 2 year contract stating that it is a month to month with no commitment and I made the mistake of signing it without reading the papers and believing the salesperson aka the trainer.The manager is worse, ended up saying nothing we can do and was laughing with authority. Disappointing.this event happened back in 2017

Do not ever give them your card details. Once they have your card they will be charging you for fees. No one ever contacts you back. I canceled my yearly membership but I was still charged. I have called a few times but no one ever gets back to me.When you join, they said someone will help you use the machines. When I started going, they said just scan the barcode and it will tell you how to use it. Well why did I join the gym if I am going to watch videos on how to use the machines. I tried and my shoulder hurt pretty badly.The machines are old and the cardio machines upstairs are outdated. The girls at entrance are very kind and professional. The bathrooms are clean and the upstairs room is meduim sized for classes. If I had the option I would go to different gym. The weight area downstairs is not very organized and all over the place and crowded. The basketball courts are clean and nice. The pool is meduim sized. They don't have the kids area anymore so you can't bring your kids while you workout.
