For a Super Sport the locker room is in pretty bad shape, having to hand out swim suit complimentary plastic bags let's you know the bad apples that may continue to damage and dig into 24hr profits. Overall the gym is kept up on the workout floors.

My husband's keys went missing during his workout session today. The front desk employees did little to help if that. Thank goodness I only live an hour away and had the time to bring him our spare car key.

My 3rd 24 hour fitness Ive visited. The Chino and Chino Hills 24hr Saunas are extremely filthy. The wood you sit down on his heavily stained and I don’t think ever gets a good cleaning. The floors as well are filthy. Think when you rinse off at the beach and the ground is all muddy with sand. Thats what Chino, Chino Hills AND Eastvale all look like. I expected Eastvale to be a little nicer, Ive seen pictures and based my opinion on it that way. However, went my first time friday night and I mean it was ok but of course the bathrooms have only one soap dispenser filled and one working hand dryer. After my workout I went to the sauna, only to see it in this condition (pictured). Im so done with 24hr. I should have stayed with LA fitness. Well maintained and cleaned often.

Thanks for all the feed back. I was going to join but with all the Negative feed back about being charged with the credit card, and not being cleaned. I don't think I'll be joining.

Group X room now closed outside of organized classes, evidently due to bad actors having caused damage to audio equipment and the floors.No longer any semblance of privacy or quiet areas to warm up before getting into longer exercise routines.Probably for the best since this location and Ontario's generally smell like they pump cow pasture fragrance in anyways

I just feel that this fitness center has gone down heel! Customer services is horrible people have bad attitude in the morning]! I notice the guy who works the morning seems bothered that i have something that needs to be told about the steam room! To bring to their attention.And the girl just completely ignored me not asking me if i can help you! I spoken to the manager about her before and just seems nothing has been done! Still the same issues. Then the steam room smells like pee just disgusting!Not onn top of the cleaning here at all Like everyone hates there job! I pay good money to go here and I feel so uncomfortable! Machines always broken. No one around to really speak to like a manager! Warning people if they decide to come to this location!
