My boy and his friend went there today. Their bicycles were vandalized really bad. They asked the front desk for the security cameras, but they said that the cameras don’t cover the bike area. What kind of place is this? They have the bike rack right in front of the gym and the cameras don’t cover the front areas. What’s happened if the boys get bullied right there, in front of the gym? Then there will be no one see or help them. This is not a safe gym for young teenagers to come. I will cancel the membership and move them to 19 Hours Fitness, just a couple blocks from here.

Billing issues, 1st month free is a lie, you will never get it. plus purposely skip mentioning the $49.99 yearly fees upon signing up until you actually get charged. and They charge monthly dues as soon as you hand over your credit card number. Manager is NOT there whenever you request.

It's 5:20am and it's not open yet, there's at least 10 ppl waiting, this is so disrespectful!!! But surely they take your money right on time.

Love this Facility because everyone is so kind, everything is clean and in order, the locker rooms, and bathroom are clean. Not to mention all the equipment being clean and functional.

This rating only applies to the outstanding customer service I received from Cisco G. He provided me with great customer service, answered all of my questions and addressed all of the issues I had with my billing. Corporate office has been very unprofessional with regard to responding to membership and billing errors. Cisco G was clear and thorough in his communication and corrected the billing errors corporate failed to address. Other managers need to take lessons from Cisco G on how to conduct service. Thank you Cisco, a year of getting the run-around from corporate and you took care of me in 15 minutes. Give this man a raise$$$!

Business hours are 5:00am to 11:00pm if you're an early riser and want to start your work out at 5:00am better start it at home because you get to the gym at 5:00am and have to wait till 5:30!!!! So if you add all the minutes they open late throughout the month, you should get reimbursed, such a lack of respect!!! Too bad there's no 0 star to rate.😖😖
