In Dallas for business and dropped in for a lunch class. Learned some great z guard passes from Professor Larry and had some really fun rolls with all the guys. Welcoming, clean gym with excellent instruction. Would highly recommend, check them out!

Has a very experienced, advanced, and overall great jiu-jitsu coach. Gym is clean and people there are very friendly. We feel comfortable to be there and train.

I personally signed up to learn Muay Thai, because I thought I’d enjoy it since I’ve boxed for many years. I was pretty unsatisfied with the training because we spent half the class holding pads for one another instead of learning an actual technique. As a workout it’s not too bad, but if you want to actually learn Muay Thai I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

They have been INCREDIBLE from the start !!My son is only four years old but they take time, patience and care to ensure all students are getting attention. My son has been coming here for about 2 months but I already see a change in his behavior and his understanding in daily task. I HIGHLY recommend this for any parent that wants their little one to get some built up energy out and interact with friends !

Outstanding place to train. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the teacher Leo Machado give special attention to all students and focus in details to improve my Jiu Jitsu. If you want to train for competition, self defense. This is the place
