BTT is the best gym I’ve trained at. It offers both Muay Thai and BJJ classes, but more importantly, the instructors are supportive and attentive. Professor Machado is a world class fighter and hosts great classes. I have to add that as a woman, I feel safe to train here. There are also several other women that are higher belts, which is rare for a BJJ gym as the sport is male-dominated. Additionally, the gym is co-owned by a woman, which contributes to how the environment is. Misty has always been caring and a great teacher for sharpening your technical skills. I’d highly recommend people come to this gym, especially women—new or with experience.

I have trained here for over a year now, very great atmosphere, you are allowed to be yourself and you do not feel as if you are just another student, or just a profit margin. I have trained across the country for years when I was in the oilfield. I have been to over 20 gyms in the past seven years. This is my home gym, I drive further away than I ever have to train and I don’t even think about it as an issue at this point. I have made family, friends and I get to train as hard as I want to and learn as much as I can. I can not recommend enough.

I used to tell everyone that i only trained, so i could exercise and get some sweat out. When i started to train at BTT, things started to change immediately. I found my motivation again and started to train everyday. I found a place which I literally, could call, home ! Professor Leonardo is a great advisor, an excellent professional and an amazing friendly person. I am really glad to be part of this family. If anyone ask, I totally recommend this place, its fun for kids and adults.

I signed up with my son a week ago. I was welcomed immediately by the teachers and all ages of students. Every student from all levels highly respect each other. My son is having a blast! If you don't embrace the soreness that comes with change in your life, stick to wine painting. The teachers include you at all times. You get a water break here and there but it's business in this dojo. You will be pushed, but that is jujitsu. Everyone teaches you here. Im already hooked. #newfamily
