My son is only 7yrs old he has been attending this school for 3mths in that time I have seen a big improvement . The instructor. ( Professor ) Mechado is excellant with children his assistants Misty and Steve are also great ! Both my wife and I also like the discipline that is taught to the children . Now my 2 grandsons 10 and 8 yrs old also attend they love it . They take the time to teach each child , NO matter at what pace ..

Awesome place to train for people of all levels. Everyone is very encouraging and friendly; comfortable environment for any individual to excel. Although it is a fun place, people care about jiu jitsu and take it seriously. Everyone is striving to improve and help others improve, you can ask a question to anyone and I never found a situation where no one was willing to help.Professor Machado is an exemplary teacher and you can easily see his influence amongst everyone. Everyone has the upmost respect for him and gravitate towards him. The students take on his values. We push each other and everyone cares about each other's success. That's hard to find in any walks of life.So with all that in mind, come try it out!

Professor Leonardo Machado is an incredibly talented coach, mentor, and world renowned competitor at the black belt level. He takes a personal interest in every one of his students' progression in an extremely positive environment. Not only is the atmosphere of the gym incredible but everyone at the gym goes out of their way to help you succeed. I began my BJJ journey in January of 2018 at 32 years old under Professor Machado and I can honestly say I will be training for the rest of my life. My self-confidence, discipline, and overall mood are just a few of the positive changes this gym and Professor Machado helped make in my life. The physical changes have been astounding as well as I am down almost 50 pounds and in the best shape of my life. I can't recommend this gym or instructor enough.
